0959 hrs- Premise Check – 8300 block Quintana Street / All clear

1005 hrs -Accident - Annapolis Road and Veterans Parkway / Owners Exchanged Info

1111 hrs -Premise Check - Plaza 30 / All clear

1149 hrs -Attempt Theft – 8200 block Annapolis Road - Subject attempted to wire money from someone else's account to his Bank of America account with fake D.L. REPORT WRITTEN

1347 hrs- Premise Check – 8500 block Annapolis Road / All clear

1516 hrs- Premise Check – 8300 block Annapolis Road / All clear

1533 hrs- Premise Check – 6400 block 85th Avenue / All clear

1537 hrs- Unconscious Person – 7600 block Riverdale Road - Male unresponsive laying on sidewalk/ Highly intoxicated male woke up, was checked by P.G.F.D., and sent on way

1603 hrs- Assist P.G.P.D. (Fight) - Finns Lane and Annapolis Road - Female entered Metro P.C.S. and began slamming items down before fleeing making good her escape / All clear

1635 hrs- Disorderly – 8400 block Annapolis Road - Dispute between store and customer over amount charged to card / Advised to contact management

1641 hrs- Disorderly – 5400 block 85th Avenue - Caller advised someone opened his screen door a few hours prior to calling police / All clear after area canvassed with negative results

1710 hrs- Lookout (station call) - 9000 block of Annapolis Road - Black tow truck matched the description of the stolen tow truck from N.C.P.D. (occupied by black male with beard wearing dark shirt) / Area canvassed negative results

1744 HOURS-  VANDALISM-  5200 BLOCK85TH AVE - 
CALLER REPORTED AT APPROXIMATELY 1300 HOURS UNKNOWN MALE CUT THE SCREEN FROM THERE BALCONY DOOR AND FLED ON FOOT TO UNKNOWN DIRECTION MAKING GOOD ON HIS ESCAPE. THE SON OBSERVED THIS OCCUR AND CALLED HIS MOTHER WHICH STATED "OK". THE FATHER ARRIVED HOME AND WAS MADE AWARE AND CALLED THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. REPORT WRITTEN

1900 HOURS- TRESPASSING COMPLAINT- 8300 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY. - CALLER REPORTED SHE HAD OBSERVED HER LAWN CHAIRS REMOVED FROM THE BACK OF HER HOME AND PLACED IN THE REAR OF HER BACKYARD. SHE STATED SHE BELIEVED PEOPLE WERE HANGING OUT IN HER YARD BECAUSE THEY KNEW SHE WAS NOT HOME DUE TO STAYING WITH HER ELDERLY FATHER ACROSS THE BAY BRIDGE. SHE WAS ADVISED TO FILL OUT THE PREMISE CHECK FORM ON THE CITY WEBSITE TO MAKE US AWARE OF HER BEING ABSENT FROM THE PROPERTY FOR LONG PERIODS AT A TIME. 

1920 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT – 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -   CALLER REPORTED MALES DRINKING, GAMBLING, AND SMOKING IN THE AREA. OFFICERS WERE EN ROUTE AND WERE REROUTED FOR SHOOTING CALL.

1908 HOURS (DISPATCHED AT 2232 HOURS) - DEATH REPORT- 7309 POWHATAN ST - HANDLED BY PGPD. NCPD OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AT APPROXIMATELY 0200 HOURS TO WAIT FOR THE FUNERAL HOME. NCPD 3 WAS NOTIFIED
1925 HOURS- SHOOTING- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - MULTIPLE CALLS FOR A MALE SHOOTING FROM BALCONY. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND POSITIONED CRUISERS IN THE INTERSECTION OF FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. AND KAREN ELAINE DR. WHILE ON SCENE OFFICERS HEARD A GUNSHOT. THE ARRESTED OBSERVED OFFICERS ON SCENE AND A SECOND SHOT WAS FIRED AT OFFICERS. MULTIPLES SHOTS WERE FIRED AFTERWARDS. PGPD UNITS, AIR ONE, K9, AND EST ARRIVED ON SCENE. PGPD TOOK OVER INVESTIGATION AND INITIATED BARRICADE PROTOCOL. 3 SUSPECTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT. ONE MALE WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY PGPD DB. THERE WERE NO INJURIES IN REFERENCE TO THIS INCIDENT. NCPD 1, 2, 3, AND 4 WERE NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT.  REPORT WRITTEN 

0009 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - HANDLED BY PGPD. ALARM ACTIVATION FROM LUMBER AND GARDEN MOTION. PGPD OFFICERS RESPONDED AND OBSERVED 2 MALES IN THE REAR OF T/A AND A FEMALE INSIDE OF A VEHICLE. PGPD OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO APPREHEND ONE MALE AND FEMALE SUSPECT. THE OTHER MALE SUSPECT FLED ON FOOT IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION MAKING GOOD ON HIS ESCAPE. KEY HOLDER ARRIVED ON SCENE AND NO FORCED ENTRY COULD BE DETERMINED. IT WAS DETERMINED THE MALES WERE STEALING CARDBOARD BALES. THE ARRESTED WAS CRIMINALLY CITED. NCPD OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AT APPROXIMATELY 0134 HOURS AND COLLECTED INFORMATION FOR SUSPECTS TO COMPLETE A FIELD OBSERVATION REPORT. NCPD 3 WAS NOTIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN
0255 HOURS- NOTIFICATION- 6600 BLOCK ADRIAN STREET - OFFICERS WERE RESPONDING AND REROUTED TO ANOTHER CALL.

0305 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- ALARM ACTIVATION FROM GARDEN MOTION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED A SIDE DOOR UNSECURED. KEY HOLDER RESPONDED ON SCENE AND ADVISED CLOSING SHIFT NEVER SECURED THE DOOR.

0411 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE- 7400 BLOCK LONGBRANCH DR. -OFFICERS WERE REQUESTED TO RESPOND TO LOCATION BY AN OFF DUTY OFFICER. ONCE ON SCENE, OFF-DUTY OFFICER REPORTED HE OBSERVED A VEHICLE WITH ALL DOORS OPEN. NCPD OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH OWNER WHO STATED HE WAS UNAWARE OF HIS DOORS BEING OPEN. AFTER CHECKING THE VEHICLE HE ADVISED NO ITEMS OF VALUE WERE TAKEN. HE WAS ADVISED. REPORT WRITTEN.
0430 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS OCCUPIED VEHICLE- 6300 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR. - OFFICERS OBSERVED A RUNNING VEHICLE PARKED IN A SECLUDED UNLIT PARKING SPOT. OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH OCCUPANTS WHO ADVISED THEY WERE TALKING AND HAD FALLEN ASLEEP. A WARRANT CHECK WAS CONDUCTED WHICH YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE OCCUPANTS WERE ADVISED AND SENT ON THEIR WAY.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
