Alarm, Officers arrived to a vehicle alarm sounding. Officers checked the
vehicle no signs of any foul play. It was confirmed the alarm was not
coming from the residence, due to no alarm company called Communications.

Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.
1033 hrs- 7700 block Riverdale Rd / Return
missing person Officers arrived on scene and observed the missing person
healthy and in good condition. He was removed from Teletype as missing.
REPORT WRITTEN
1040 hrs- 6200 block 85th Pl/ Suspicious vehicle,
vehicle was parked in front of the residence with no tags attached to it.
Officers checked and it is legally registered to an individual on 84th
Ave. Officers eventually spoke with the registered owner of the vehicle
who stated that he sold that vehicle several months ago and does not know why
it is in that location. Officers placed a tow sticker on the vehicle in
case the vehicle was having mechanical issues.
1115 hrs- 6100 block 85th Ave/ Station call to
assist Prince George's County Code Enforcement. Officers are working with
the City of New Carrollton Code Enforcement Officers in order to attempt to
shut down a business of selling vehicles from the residence. Cleared
without an issue.
1200 hrs- Business
check/ Carrollton Enterprise, (Foot Patrol) check clear.
1240 hrs- Residential
check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, several citizen robberies have occurred in
the area. Officers conducting special patrols in the area (Foot Patrol),
check clear.
1320 hrs- Residential
Check/ Heritage Square Apartments, check clear.
1335 hrs- 7600 block Finns Ln/ Assist Prince
George's County Police with a possible cutting canvass. Officers
determined it to not be a cutting and cancelled our assistance.
1355 hrs- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Check
on Welfare, assist Fireboard with a male passed out behind the building.
Male stated he was on PCP and wanted to go to the hospital. Once in the
ambulance he was becoming aggressive and attempting to get out of the
ambulance. Officers detained him and assisted with the transportation to
Prince George's County Hospital for medical attention. REPORT WRITTEN

1617 hrs- 6100 block 85th Ave/ Threats
complaint, caller stated he was upset with the neighbor so he attempted to
speak with her and she became upset. Both parties began to yell at one
another. Both parties were advised of actions they can take.
1747 hrs- Stolen
Auto- 5300 block 85th avenue -Victim stated she parked her vehicle in the
parking lot on 08/07/2017 at approximately 2230 hrs. Upon her return on
08/08/2017 0900 hrs she observed her vehicle missing. The victim stated she did
not call the police immediately because she was running late for work. The
victim's vehicle is described as a Silver 2-door coupe 2013 BMW 335i bearing
D.C. registration plates (FD0177). The car was checked for impound or repo,
which yielded negative results. The vehicle was entered as stolen through
Teletype. REPORT WRITTEN
1845 hrs-
Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Road, the customer was unhappy with the
services provided by the establishment. The matter was settled between the
client and the manager; the customer received a full refund, she was advised
and sent on her way.
2050 hrs- Theft
from auto- 6200 block 86th Avenue, Caller, reported an unknown suspect went
inside his unsecured vehicle, and ransacked his car, however; nothing was
taken, and the caller did not want to file a report but only to inform officers
of the incident. The caller refused police services. No report.
2238 hrs- Sound of
Gunshots- 7800 block of Riverdale Road. Officers were conducting a premise
check at Dodge Dar cars, and heard 3-5 sound of gunshots, coming from the LOI. Officers
responded and located three suspects. We received one call for the sound
of gunshots, the caller who wishes to remain anonymous stated he observed two
black males, one with a white shirt and white sneakers and one with a black
shirt and black hat which match two of the listed suspects. The unknown caller
stated the suspects were hanging out by the stairwell that led to the
basketball court when the gun shots occurred. The suspects were placed into custody;
PGPD K-9 responded, conducted an article search and located a black 9mm Taurus
with a live round in the chamber. Also, Marijuana and a Digi scale found near
the weapon, NC-1 was on the scene; NC-4 was notified and responded to the
scene. MD Gun center notified. (No officers or civilians were injured in this
incident). REPORT WRITTEN.
