0724 hours- Domestic- 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that this situation was not a domestic. It was learned that both parties were involved in a child custody dispute. Both parties were advised and sent on way.

0830 hours- Assist Metro Transit- 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Officers arrived to the LOI to learn that a male was having a medical emergency. Handled by fire board.

0955 hours- Missing Person- 7700 block Riverdale Road/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that the missing has been gone since July 28th. The missing person does not have any medical nor mental issues and is over the age of 18. REPORT WRITTEN

1003 hours- Business Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ checked clear

1020 hours- Residential Alarm- 7600 block Riverdale Road/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn the alarm was set off by a resident. Everything was ok.

1211 hours- Business Check/8400 block Annapolis Rd/ check clear.

1300 hours- Premise Check/ 5300 Block 85th Ave/ checked clear.

1457 hours- Residential Premise Check- citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found. 

1533 hours- Business Check- 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ checked clear.

1620 hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ checked clear.

1650 hours- Premise Check- 5500 Block Karen Elaine/ checked clear.

1501hours- Premise Check-8100 block Powhatten St/ checked clear.

1907 Premise Check/ 6000 block Mentana St -area was clear, no suspicious activity observed.

1925 Premise Check/ Sprague Pl @ Fairborn Terr. area was clear, no suspicious activity observed.

2025 Domestic Arrest/ 5300 block 85th Ave - A-1 assaulted V-1 during an argument. A-1 was arrested and transported to P.G. DOC Regional Processing-Hyattsville. V-1 completed the Domestic Lethality Assessment. REPORT WRITTEN

2050 Disorderly/ 8300 block Gavin St -males outside were sent on their way without incident.

2140 Sex Assault/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - The victim was walking home, when A-1 approached from the rear grabbing her buttocks. A-1 was detained and will be charged accordingly. Det. Robinson was on scene and NC-3 was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

2330 Theft from Auto/ 6000 block Princess Garden Pkwy- incident occurred at the Good Luck Rd Community Center. Maryland Park was notified.

2344 Welfare Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. -Male sleeping on the floor in the building. Male was unconscious in the hallway. EMS responded and transported the male to the hospital. REPORT WRITTEN

0040 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - no issues observed or reported, business as usual.

0140 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. -Area was clear, no suspicious activity observed.

0227 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd -Parking lot was clear, no issues reported by staff

0316 Threat Complaint/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. -Caller was receiving threatening emails and messages from the landlord. 

0445 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd -Business was closed, lot clear and security was on premises.

0452 Stolen Vehicle/ 5300 block 85th Ave -Not stolen, vehicle was impounded by ATTC.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
