0600 Premise Check/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ there was no suspicious activity observed. 

0644 Pedestrian Struck/ Annapolis @ Harkins the victim was crossing the street when the suspect exited the KFC striking the victim. The suspect fled the area prior to officers arrival PGPD responded to handle the investigation.

0717 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ business as usual, no issues reported by staff

 0800 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. area was clear, no suspicious activity observed within the complexes

0848 Property Damage/ 7601 Fontainebleau Dr. / the complainants vehicle was parked in the parking lot. Unknown S-1 while backing or pulling in scratch the door handles  REPORT WRITTEN

1010 Premise Check/ 6000 block Mentana St/ area was clear, no vehicle or foot traffic in the area

1130 Premise Check/ 8400 block Ravenswood Rd area was clear, no vehicle traffic. Only observed one resident walking their dog

1335 Domestic/ 5331 85th Ave/ complainant wanted his girlfriend to leave. As officers were walking to the door, the girlfriend was leaving.  

1545 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ area was clear, business as usual. There was no suspicious activity in the shopping center

MPS/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ 1 year old child was wandering in the store unsupervised. Store management had possession of the child upon arrival. Store management made an announcement and the parents met us at the front. PGCPS was notified and a case was opened REPORT WRITTEN

1653 Assist/ 7400 block Annapolis Rd/ PGPD routined a fight and needed backup. Officers were canceled prior to arrival

1830-2000 Starbucks/ Coffee with a Cop, had a large turnout.

2010 Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

2050 School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

2115 School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

2140 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area.  Citizens have been complaining about suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.

2200 Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street lights.  Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.

2235 Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

2303 8100 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2315 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, vehicle was occupied by an elderly male who was sleeping in the vehicle.  It took Officers several minutes to wake him up but once he got up he was disoriented, argumentative, and uncooperative.  Officers attempted to inquire if he needed medical assistance where he stated we could talk to his son.  Officers got in touch with his son who arrived on scene to take the male and his vehicle to his residence.

0032 Annapolis Rd and 85th Ave/ Vehicle accident, one vehicle was disabled and had to be towed.  No parties in either vehicle required medical treatment.  REPORT WRITTEN

0320 Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0345 Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0410 6000 Block of Harland St/ Residential check, 6000 block of Harland St, citizen complaints of CDS use by male hanging out in the area and do not live there, check clear.

0445 Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0505 Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0515 hrs., Mentana St and Topton St/ Unknown trouble/ caller was very vague just stated a car keeps coming up and down the street looking for him.  After several attempts to call back caller stated do not come to 5900 block Mentana St, so Officers went to 5900 block Mentana St.  Prior to that a female flagged Officers down to say that when she left the house last night around 7pm and her son was out of control and possibly destroying things in her house.  Officers went to the house to check and located a locked door. Female stated she rents that room to an unknown male.  As officers knocked on the door the male jumped out the window and ran.  Officers were only attempting to find out what took place in the residence last night.  Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the male. The female stated she had no information on the male just that his mother called her and paid her money to rent the room to him.  At this time there is no crime and no persons that were at the residence last night were available to speak with. She was advised what action she can take to have the male evicted from the residence.
