0746 hours- Landlord Tenant Dispute- 7600 block Fountainebleau Drive/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that the lease holder was sub-leasing to a subject. She advised to visit the sheriff department for further assistance. NO REPORT

0811 hours- Road Rage Complaint- Cathedral Ave & Melissa St/ A caller stated that there were two individuals who were arguing with each other in a vehicle. A check of the area revealed negative results.

0831 hours- Commercial Alarm- 8300 block Annapolis Road/ officers responded to the LOI to learn that the alarm was set off by unknown means. Everything checked clear and secure.

0843 hours- Premise Check- 7700 block Riverdale Road/ All clear

0910 hours- Premise Check- 8400 Block Annapolis Road/ All clear

1005 hours- Theft- 7700 block Riverdale Road/ The caller stated that three unknown males entered the T/A and filled three shopping carts full of Tide detergent. They exited the store and dumped it into a vehicle waiting in the parking lot that fled towards Annapolis Road. REPORT WRITTEN

1229 hours- Vandalism- 8300 block Annapolis Road/ Officers arrived on scene and the caller stated that an unknown S-1 damaged the rear door by unknown means. Det. Robinson was notified of this incident. REPORT WRITTEN  

1423 hours- Check the Welfare-5400 block 85th Ave/ Officers arrived on scene to learn that a male subject hadn't been to work in a few days. Officers made contact with the subject’s girlfriend and she stated that she will make notification to his job. 

1500 hours- Disorderly- Lamont Drive & Verona Dr/ A caller stated that children were acting in a disorderly manner. Officers canvased the area with negative results.

1302 hours- Premise Check- 5400 Block 85th Ave- All clear

1701 hours0 Premise Check- 8100 block Annapolis Road/ All clear

1800 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK - MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 6000 MENTANA ST. - REPORT OF MALES GATHERING AT THE LOCATION, GAMBLING, DRINKING, SMOKING CDS AND BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

1809 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY ANONYMOUS CITIZEN WHO STATED THEY OBSERVED A MALE LAYING ON THE GROUND POSSIBLY HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THE OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE WHO STATED HE WAS JUST SLEEPING.

1900 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - MINOR ACCIDENT, NO INJURIES, AND INFO EXCHANGE. 

1930 HOURS- SHOPLIFTING COMPLAINT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD -LOSS PREVENTION REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FOR A UNCOOPERATIVE SHOPLIFTER. OFFICER ASSISTED STAFF WITH BARRING NOTICE, ADVISED SUSPECT OF THE CONSEQUENCES, AND WAS SENT ON WAY. 

2018 HOURS- FIGHT – 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - CALLER REPORTED A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE FIGHTING WITH WEAPONS POSSIBLY INVOLVED. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND OBSERVED A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE INVOLVED IN AN ALTERCATION. ONCE OFFICERS MADE CONTACT AND SEPARATED THE GROUPS, THE VICTIMS ADVISED OFFICERS THAT THE ARRESTED PRODUCED A KNIFE WHILE A FIGHT WAS GOING ON. AFTER CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION THE ARRESTED WAS PLACED INTO CUSTODY TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED DURING THE FIGHT AND THEN TRANSPORTED TO UPPER MARLBORO DOC. REPORT WRITTEN

2108 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - MINOR ACCIDENT, NO INJURIES, AND INFO EXCHANGE. 

2100 HOURS- TOW COMPLAINT - 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - CALLER REPORTED HE WENT TO DROP OFF HIS CHILD TO HIS MOTHER AND LEFT HIS VEHICLE PARKED WITH THE HAZARD LIGHT ON. HE STATED HE PARKED HIS VEHICLE FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES AND WHEN HE CAME OUT THE CAR HAD BEEN TOWED. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED AND BECAME UPSET BECAUSE WE WOULD NOT CALL THE TOW COMPANY AND TELL THEM TO DROP HIS CAR BACK OFF. 

2140 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK= 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2230 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD. - ALL CLEAR.

2300 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - ALL CLEAR.

0000 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR- ALL CLEAR.

0040 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0130 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
