to include other businesses with the shopping center. No issues were reported
1058 Fraud/ 6600 block Adrian St/ complainant
failed to answer the door. Communications made several attempts to reach them,
but the line was busy

1324 Burglary w stolen
auto/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ the victim returned home from travel over the
weekend and noticed items were missing from his residence. The suspect(s)
entered the residence through an unsecured balcony door. While inside they
stole the victims Samsung TV and keys to his 2006 Lexus GX470 (SUV) Gray with
Maryland Tags. The residence was processed for latent prints with none
recovered. NCPD CID, Auto Theft were notified and the vehicle entered into NCIC
as stolen REPORT WRITTEN

St/ complainant advised a dog was loose in the area. Animal control responded
and the dog’s owner as located at 8400 block Ravenswood St

Auto/ 8600 block Preston St/ male suspect slashed the victims tires and fled in

work was canceled prior to arrival by evenings.
1745 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller
stated that someone had stolen parts from their air conditioner, because it
does not work. Caller stated the back was off of their outside unit and
now it does not work. Caller is the resident and they were unable to get
in contact with maintenance so at this point no one is aware of what exactly is
missing or why the unit is not working. They were advised to call when
they had more information.

persons, check clear.

CDS use by male hanging out in the area and do not live there, check clear.

check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons
loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
2244 5300 block 85th Ave/ Dispute, caller
stated her husband and his brother were fighting. When Officers arrived
on scene, the female that answered the door had injuries and she stated she
finally separated the males and she locked one out on the deck and the other in
his room. When Officers spoke to all parties, the one male was mad at his
wife so they argued and he hit her in the face several times, the other male
half heard the screaming and crying and came out of his room. He then
confronted the other male about him striking his wife and they began to fight. They
fought all around the house and finally the one male took a blender top (glass)
and hit the other male on the head. Both males were arrested and the
female refused fire board. Both males went to the hospital to get cleared
before going to Department of Corrections. REPORT WRITTEN
2304 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / (Parking
lot)/ Caller simply stated there was a man shot in the parking lot. With
assistance of the Prince George's County Police Department and Air 1, the area
was checked with negative results. Several attempts were made to get
further information; however there was no call back or name given.
0035 hrs., 6400 block Inlet St/ Vandalism (due
to both Officers having to transport prisoners to PGH and DOC the call was
placed on hold until 0345 hrs.) Officers observed the fence the caller
stated was vandalized and nothing could be seen and there was no damage.
If they did anything, it was with the same color paint. Caller stated he was
not as worried about that as the possible burglary that took place last
Tuesday. He was advised to get all of the information on the items stolen
and we will take a report when he is ready with all of the information.
Officers were on the
arrest until approximately 0340 hrs.

Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation
St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious
vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street
lights. Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.
0515 Business check/
Starbucks Coffee Shop, check clear.
0545 8400 block Quintana St/ Unknown Trouble,
female caller stated she needed the Police and hung up. When Officers
arrived there were two males standing on the front porch/yard who stated there
was no problem and no one called. Officers finally got a hold of the
female who stated she did not want the guys outside with her husband to be
there and bang on the door at 530 in the morning. All parties were
advised.
