WHILE CONDUCTING THE INVESTIGATION, ONE OF THE MALES TOOK OFF ON FOOT. OFFICERS GAVE CHASE AND APPREHENDED MALE. 0250 HOURS- CHECK THE WELFARE- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - CALLER REPORTED FRIEND HAD SMOKED CRACK AND NEEDED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MET WIT THE FRIEND WHO WAS ASLEEP AND NOT SUFFERING FROM ANY MEDICAL ISSUES. OFFICERS SPOKE WITH APARTMENT OWNER, WHO ADVISED THEY WANTED FEMALE OFF THE PROPERTY. THE FEMALE WAS ESCORTED OUT OF THE RESIDENCE. .

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
