unknown suspect stole the victims tools from their vehicle
1014 Landlord Tenant/ 8600 block Powhatan St.
landlord wanted officers to evict his tenants. He was advised again to file
documents in court
1127 Theft Arrest/
8200 block Annapolis Rd. subject entered the store acting as if he was
purchasing items. While at the register he grabbed four bottles of cologne and
fled on foot. The suspect was apprehended in the 7900 block of Annapolis Rd and
transported back to the LOI. The arrested was transported to Hyattsville DOC
photographed, fingerprinted, cited and released.

Person/ 6400 block 85th Ave. citizen advised two males were in the rear of the
school smoking CDS. Subjects finished prior to officers arrival. Subjects
checked negative for warrants

check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons
loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles,

Music Complaint, music was turned down prior to Officers arrival.
1856 hrs., 8600 block Preston St/ Domestic
Dispute, Officers were flagged down by the female half, who called, stating she
was in a physical altercation with her boyfriend. Officers observed
injuries to the female, who declined fireboard on scene. Officers located
the male half and placed him under arrest.
2000 hrs., Business
check/ Shell gas station, check clear.
2035 hrs., 7600 block Fountaineblue Dr. Theft,
female caller stated, last Thursday, she locked her door as she walked out to
the dumpster. When she returned to her secure building and unlocked her
door she went to use her cell phone that was plugged in, but could not find
it. Caller states her phone must have been stolen even though she and
Officers found no signs of forced entry or damage to her door or lock.
Caller is a repeat caller who suffers from mental illness. She was
advised.
2100 hrs., 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Loud
music, Officers located the party and the owner showed Officers a permit to
have the party and the music was not found to be loud.
2141 hrs., 6500 block Jodie St/ Loud music,
Officers arrived and located the music. Owner was advised the music was
entirely too loud and needed to be turned down. After several minutes of
arguing that it was not too loud he turned it down to a reasonable level.
2205 hrs., 6000
Block of Harland St/ Residential check, 6000 block of Harland St, citizen
complaints of CDS use by male hanging out in the area and do not live there,
check clear.
2220 hrs., Residential
Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation
St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious
vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street
lights. Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.
2250 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly
Persons, caller stated a group of males were being loud, drinking, and smoking
CDS. Officers canvased the area and found a few males playing in the
parking lot that lived in the area.
2315 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd./ Vehicle
accident, damage was minor no party had injuries, and information was exchanged
by officers to both parties.
2353 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/
Traffic stop, stop was conducted without incident.
2355 hrs., 5800 block Lamont Dr/ Suspicious
Persons, caller stated there were two young males in their backyard.
Caller thought they may have been attempting to steal a bicycle, but there were
no signs that the bike had been disturbed in any manner. Officers
canvased the area but the males were Gone Prior to Arrival.

complaint, Officers checked the area with nothing heard.
0057 hrs., 5800 Block of Lamont Dr/ Traffic
stop, stop was cleared without incident.
0110 hrs., Lamont Dr at Carrollton Pkwy/
Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.
0133 hrs. 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr. Roommate
dispute, caller stated he heard strange noises from his roommate’s room and
wanted us to check. Officers make contact with the roommate and
discovered that they had been arguing earlier in the day and she was just upset
with him and would not answer when he called. Both were advised.

check/ Heritage Square Apartments, check clear.
0200 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/
Suspicious Persons, Officers observed two subjects picking up plastic
containers thrown in the shopping complex that belong to CVS. Officers identified
both subjects and sent them on their way.
0226 hrs., 8100 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle
accident, driver of vehicle #1 and passenger of vehicle #2 went to the hospital
for injuries sustained from the accident. Both vehicles were impounded by
Charlie's towing and Westbound Annapolis Rd was temporarily closed due to
the positioning of the vehicles.

St/ Vandalism, caller stated an unknown person smashed out the rear window of
his vehicle in an unknown manner.
