1100 hrs., 5900 Block Mentana St/ Stolen Auto, caller stated his brother had the vehicle and told him it was stolen from an apartment complex in the city. Officers spoke to the owner who stated he filed UUV charges for the brother when he initially took the car, but had no paperwork to show officers. The owner then stated that his brother said someone stole it from him in an apartment complex. Officers asked to speak to the brother to get details and he was not able to be located at this time. The caller did not have any information to provide officers to file a proper report. No Report.
1134 hrs., 8500 Block Legation Rd/ Stolen auto recovered, while on routine patrol officers observed a vehicle parked not in a parking space. Upon further investigation of the vehicle it was observed with a window smashed out. When officers ran the registration information the vehicle came back stolen out of the city. Officers located the owner who picked the vehicle up from the scene. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC as stolen so the owner could drive it home. Report written

Officers arrived and observed the minor damage to both vehicles, neither party claimed injury, and the information was exchanged between parties prior to officer’s arrival. No Report.
1304 hrs., 7500 Block Riverdale Rd/ Information, caller stated someone was transferring money out of her one account into the other without her permission. When officers looked at the account information she provided it shows that her check was deposited into her one account but removed to pay an outstanding balance on another account connected to it. The money coming out was paying off an outstanding balance she had with an attached account. No Report.

1608 hrs., 8000 Block Legation Rd/ Property damage, caller stated their vehicle was damaged at this location. When officers arrived there were no signs on the ground that the damage had occurred there. When officers asked who had the vehicle last and when no one was able to give a direct answer. 2100 Hrs. Disorderly- 8500 Block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly guest. Once on scene officer made contact with a female subject who was located in the lobby of the hotel. The female subject was intoxicated and speaking very loud stating she needed toilet tissue. At this time the hotel manager stated that the intoxicated guest made several demands along with threats to the hotel staff. The disorderly female also threw objects at the staff behind the counter. The hotel manager requested for the disorderly female to escorted off the property. The disorderly guest then became irate falling to the floor screaming. The female subject was then taken into custody and placed into a police vehicle. While inside the police cruiser the female subject continued to bang her head on the cage and glass window in an effort to hurt herself. The female was transported to a local hospital for an emergency petition evaluation. Once at the hospital the female stated she wanted to hurt herself. The female subject was turned over to the care and custody of the medical staff. Report Written

Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated his brother had unauthorized use of the vehicle. Officer conducted a check through NCIC yielding in negative result show the vehicle a stolen. The caller's brother was sleeping in the vehicle and awoken up and removed from the vehicle. The caller was returned his key to the vehicle and sent on his way without further incident. The caller's brother was also advised and sent on his way. Report Written
