GATHERED ALL INFORMATION AND LOCATED THE SUSPECT IN FRONT OF THE NEW CARROLLTON
METRO STATION. THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, TRANSPORTED TO PGH FOR
MEDICAL CLEARANCE, AND THEN TRANSPORTED TO DOC IN UPPER MARLBORO FOR
PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN
