0610 HOURS-Alarm-8200 block Quentin St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of an unknown alarm sounding in the area. Officers conducted a check of the area with no alarms heard. NO REPORT

 

0640 HOURS-Fight-7700 block Riverdale Rd - Officers responded to this location for a domestic dispute. It was found that the caller was involved in an altercation with her significant other's cousin in Upper Marlboro. Officers advised the caller of what actions could be taken. No Domestic NO REPORT

 

0650 HOURS-Alarm-8200 block Quentin St.- Officers responded back to this location and found the alarm coming from this location. Officers conducted a check of the residence and found no signs of tampering or open windows or doors. NO REPORT

Officers made contact with the caller who was extremely intoxicated and attempted to blame the husband, who has not been home for the last 48 hours, for tampering with her recently cooked food. The caller was advised to throw out the contaminated food and once again advised to seek further assistance through the court commissioner. NO REPORT

 

0924 HOURS-Suspicious Package-5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of two barrels with ribbons all over them. Officers checked and found that the barrels were small confetti launchers previously used. The caller was advised that she was safe. NO REPORT

 

1000 HOURS-Family Dispute-7600 block Topton St.- Officers responded to this location for a family dispute. Officers made contact with the family who wanted their cousin to be removed from the residence and taken for an emergency petition. The callers were advised of how to obtain an emergency petition for the cousin. NO REPORT

 

1043 HOURS-Premise Check-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers conducted a check of this location for any issues. NO REPORT

 

1150 HOURS-Sounds of Gunshots- Carrollton Pkwy @ Quentin St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of sounds of gunshots. Officers canvased the area with negative results. NO REPORT

 

1200 HOURS-Family Dispute-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr - Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. Officers spoke with the caller who wanted her son removed from the residence. The mother was advised to seek assistance through the district court commissioner. NO REPORT

 

1338 HOURS-Family Dispute-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - Officers returned to this location as the mother advised that the commissioner's office was closed. It was found that the caller attempted to enter the courthouse using the wrong entrance. The caller was advised once again on how to get to the commissioner's office and how to contact the mobile crisis unit. NO REPORT

 

1427 HOURS-Premise Check-Premise Check-8100 block Gavin St.-Officers conducted a check of this location for any criminal activity. NO REPORT

 

1510 HOURS-Premise Check-6100 block Lamont Dr.-Officers conducted a check of this location for any possible trespassers. NO REPORT

 

1610 HOURS-MPS-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - Officers responded at the request of Sam-800. A Sam-800 unit after speaking with the mother, decided to EPS the son. Officers escorted the Sam-800 unit to the residence and transported the male to Prince George's Hospital Center. All EPS paperwork was handled by the mobile crisis unit. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1837 Hrs. Station Call 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy. - Officers received a call into the Police Station about a group of kids shooting fireworks. Officers canvassed the area with negative results.

 

1902 Hrs. Child Custody Dispute. 5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to the listed location for a Child Custody Dispute. Once on scene officers made contact with the male half who stated while returning his children to their mother, the children's mother's boyfriend exited the vehicle and approached him. The male half stated the boyfriend made threats towards him. Contact was then made with the female half who stated her children's father approached her boyfriend and displayed a firearm. The female was not sure what the gun looked like. Officers were unable to verify if a firearm was displayed, both parties were advised to seek further assistance through the District Court Commissioner. Both parties were also advised to conduct their exchange of the children at a local police station. NO REPORT

 

2028 Hrs. Welfare Check. 6200 block Westbrook Dr.- Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject who may have been suffering from alcohol poisoning. 

Once on scene officers made contact with a male subject who was under the influence of PCP. Officers contacted Fire & Ems which who transported the male subject to a local hospital for medical treatment. NO REPORT

 

2302 Hrs. Shots Fired. 6000 block Mentana St. Officers responded to the listed location for shots fired. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated an unknown male exited a vehicle and fired several shots into his residence. All residents in the home were safe and not struck. Officers located several bullet holes in the structure and glass windows of the residence. The New Carrollton Criminal Investigation Division was notified along with NC2. Items of evidentiary value were collected and placed into NCPD property for further investigation. REPORT WRITTEN

0356 Hrs. Domestic Dispute. 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller who stated she had been assaulted by her boyfriend. The caller displayed signs of injury throughout her body. The male half had fled the scene prior to the officer's arrival. Officers applied for an arrest warrant for the male half. The caller was advised to obtain a protective order through the District Court Commissioner Office. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
