0825 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Noise complaint, caller stated the people above him were dropping items and stomping most of the night.  He went to ask them to stop and they refused to answer.  Officers advised him of what action he needed to take.  No Report.

0910 hrs., Riverdale Rd and Lamont Dr area/ Assist Prince George's County Police with attempt to locate individuals.  Three individuals broke into a residence and fled the area as officers arrived on Martins Lane.  Officers checked the area.

1150 hrs., 6000 block Westbrook Drive/ Assist Fireboard with a possible combative male needed to go to the hospital.  Officers arrived at the same time as fireboard and when they talked to the family the male was fine to go to the hospital without issues.  No Report.

1455 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Pedestrian Accident, caller stated while he was walking in the parking lot a vehicle struck him in the leg.  Caller stated he attempted to stop the vehicle but they failed to stop for him.  Caller was able to get a picture of the vehicle and a tag, officers followed up on the information and were able to get the registration information for a report.  NC4 was notified of the incident.  Report written

 

1517 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Family Dispute, caller stated she wanted her son thrown out of the house for being mean.  She stated he has an attitude and did not know what to do.  The son was not a juvenile and she was advised exactly what she needed to do.  No Report.

 

1533 hrs. 5800 block Oland St/ Roommate dispute, caller stated she wanted her roommate to stop knocking on her door while she was sleeping.  The roommate stated she was not knocking on the door.  Officers advised both persons to please go to their rooms and leave each other alone, they stated they would.  No Report.

 

1614 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious persons armed, caller stated there were several males walking into the woods with camo on, rifles, and looking like they are going to war.  Officers walked the wood line and located the males, they had bb guns and small targets to shoot.  Officers advised them and determined there was no danger to the public with the bb guns.  No Report.

 

1645 hrs., Premise check/ Shops of New Carrollton, check clear.

 

1710 hrs. 7600 block Topton St/ Assist a landlord, caller stated she was the landlord and needed to be escorted into the residence due to prior issues she has had with the tenants.  Officers advised her she did not have any information proving she was the landlord and the key she had did not fit or open the door (believed the tenants may have changed it).  She was advised what action she needed to take.  No Report.

1900 Hrs. Theft- 7700 block Riverdale Rd., Officers responded to the listed location for theft. Once on scene contact was made with the department manager who stated two male subjects entered the store through the main entrance. The manager then stated both male subjects selected merchandise from the display and fled the store through the receiving room doors, making good on their escape in an unknown direction and by unknown means. 2010 Hrs. Welfare Check- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr., Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject sleep in the laundry room at the listed location. Contact was made with a male subject who was sleeping. Officers woke up the male subject who stated he had been drinking prior to heading to his residence. The male subject stated he stopped to rest and had fallen asleep, the male subject was advised and was able to walk across the street to his residence without further incident. No Report

2130 Hrs. Commercial Alarm- 8300 block Annapolis Rd., Officers responded to the listed location for door alarm at the above-listed location. Once on scene officers made contact with the key holder who stated the business had been having issues arming the building after the electrical crew provided service to the building. No signs of forced entry were observed and the building checked clear. No Report

2154 Hrs. Theft Report- 6200 block 86th Ave., Officers were approached by a citizen who stated his registration plates were stolen. The victim stated he sold the suspect a vehicle and allowed him to drive the vehicle to his residence using his current registration plates. The victim stated the suspect was supposed to return the registration plates once he made it to his destination. The suspect never returns the plates to the victim and refused to answer calls from the victim. The registration plates were entered into NCIC as stolen through Telecommunications. Report Written

Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated she wanted the roommate to leave because of their constant disagreements and arguments. The caller was advised that she would need to seek assistance through the District Court in this matter of seeking eviction of her roommate. No Report

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
