0615 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Unknown trouble, caller stated her boyfriend assaulted her and she needed the police. Officers checked the apartment and the female inside stated she did not make the call.  The call back number did not come back to the phone in the residence.  The caller did not look at all like she was in distress or needed assistance.  A Field Op was written.

0805 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Domestic verbal, caller stated she and the male were arguing again and physically fighting.  Again there were no signs of a physical altercation and the male's mother was on scene and stated nothing happened but arguing.  Both parties were advised and the female half elected to leave and stay with family.  Report written

1010 hrs., Annapolis Rd at the Entrance to the Beltway/ Accident, caller stated someone behind her struck her vehicle.  Officers arrived and located both vehicles, there was minor damage to both and neither party claimed injury on scene.  Information was exchanged between parties and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.  No Report.

 

1040 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic, caller stated she and her husband were in a physical altercation and he punched her in the eye.  Officers arrived on scene and spoke to both parties.  When speaking to the male he understood what he did, however he refused to take his medication he needed in the morning for his illnesses.  Due to the female half stating he needed the medication or he would become altered, officers took the male to the hospital for an evaluation and the female half was offered services and advised what she needed to do.  Report written

 

1120 hrs., 6100 block 84th Ave/ Information, caller stated his brother's vehicle was missing after being involved in a vehicle accident last night.  Officers advised him the vehicle was impounded and the brother (owner) has all of the information to retrieve the vehicle.  He was advised.  No Report.

 

1156 hrs., Riverdale Rd at Mahoney Dr/ Accident, caller stated there were two vehicles involved in a vehicle accident.  Officers arrived on scene to locate one driver sitting outside the vehicle claiming injury.  One vehicle was towed due to the driver going to the hospital. The other driver was able to drive his vehicle away from the scene. Report written

1446 hrs., CVS Pharmacy/ Theft, caller stated two males walked into the store, jumped the counter at the pharmacy and stole a bottle. While the males were exiting they pushed a pharmacy tech out of the way and damaged the front door.  The tech had no injuries but the males made good of their escape in an unknown direction by unknown means.  Report written

 

1530 hrs., 5900 block 84th Ave/ Landlord Tenant Dispute, caller stated the female living there was trying to throw her out illegally.  Caller stated she has nowhere to go with her child and they are not allowed to throw her out.  Officers spoke to both parties and advised them both of what they needed to do.  Civil Matter, No Report.

1621 hrs., 5900 block 84th Ave/ Landlord Tenant Dispute, caller stated the female living there was trying to throw her out illegally.  Caller stated she has nowhere to go with her child and they are not allowed to throw her out.  Officers spoke to both parties and advised them both of what they needed to do.  Civil Matter, No Report.  Same call as earlier and again they were advised.

 

1637 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ Property Damage, caller stated he parked his vehicle yesterday and when he came out to it today it was damaged.  At this time the caller does not know how or when the damage occurred.  Report written

 

1648 hrs., 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy/ Late report of an incident, caller stated she and her husband were in a verbal argument on Thanksgiving and he told her she had to leave. Officers advised the caller about evictions and domestics and what action she needed to take.  No Report.

 

1743 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Disorderly, caller stated there was a male in their house they wanted out.  Officers arrived and began to speak to the caller who advised he did not want any more assistance from officers.  No Report.

1800 Hrs. Welfare Check- Quentin St & Jodie St., Officers responded to the listed area for an elderly male subject walking around with no shoes on his feet. The citizen who found the male subject was able to contact his family. Prince George’s County Fire & Ems were contacted and arrived on the scene to check out the male subject who was in good physical health. The family of the male subject stated he suffers from dementia and had walked out of their home approximately thirty minutes prior to him being found. The male subject was placed back into the care and custody of his family. No Report

1838 Hrs. Family Dispute- 5300 block 85th Ave., Officers responded to the listed location for a family dispute. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated his child's mother refused to allow them to take their child. Both parties were advised of their parental rights and to seek further assistance through the District Court. No Report

1848 Hrs. Welfare Check- 5300 Block of 85th Ave., While on patrol in the listed location officers observed a male subject laying on the ground breathing but unresponsive. Officers then attempted to wake up the male subject with minimal results. Fire &Ems were then contacted as officers continued to gain a response from the male subject. The male subject started to wake up and became combative, at this time officers were able to smell a moderate odor of phencyclidine (PCP). Officers then detained the male subject and assisted Fire & Ems with placing him into the ambulance. The male subject was then transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Report Written

2030 Hrs. Loud Party Complaint- 6000 block 85th Ave., Officers responded to the listed location for a loud party. Once on scene officers observed well over fifty people gathering in the front yard and in a white canopy tent located in the backyard. Officers then made contact with the homeowner, who was instructed to turn off the music and ended the party. The homeowner was then advised of the Covid-19 restrictions that were mandated by the Prince George’s County Executive and the Governor of the State of Maryland.  The homeowner complied and all guests exited the premise without further incident. 2100 Hrs. Loud Music Complaint-7800 block Riverdale Rd., Officers responded to the listed location for loud music. Contact was made with the resident and the music was turned down without incident. No Repot

2125 Hrs. Premise Check- 8500 block Annapolis Rd., Check Clear.

2140 Hrs Loud Music Compliant- Lamont Dr & Verona Dr., Officers responded to the listed area for the sound of loud music. Once on scene officers were able to determine the source of the music and made contact with the homeowner, who was advised to turn down the music which was done without incident. No Report

2200 Hrs. Welfare Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd., Officers responded to the listed location for a female subject screaming about her daughter being kidnapped. Once on scene officers made contact with the female subject who was upset. As officers attempted to gain information from the caller, she refused any services in assisting her stating she needed federal law enforcement. At this time the caller walked away stating she was fine. No Report

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
