0722 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0922 HOURS- THREATS-  N.C.P.D. H.Q.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A FEMALE WHO STATED SHE WAS BEING HARASSED BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT.  THE FEMALE WAS MET, ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS A PHISHING SCAM, AND TO BLOCK THE NUMBER OF THE PERSON CALLING HER.

0945 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A CITIZEN WHO REPORTED THAT HER GUEST REFUSED TO LEAVE THE RESIDENCE.  ALL PARTIES WERE MET, THE GUEST WAS DETERMINED TO HAVE RESIDENCY, PACKED HIS BELONGINGS AND LEFT WITHOUT INCIDENT.

1035 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAINT- 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  
OFFICERS CONDUCTED TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT FOR BLOCK-THE-BOX.  MULTIPLE VEHICLES WERE STOPPED; BOTH CITATIONS AND WARNINGS WERE ISSUED TO OFFENDING DRIVERS.

1129 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  
ALL CLEAR.

1207 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1235 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVETHE CALLER STATED HE WAS PARKED OUT SIDE THE LISTED LOCATION AND HIS GIRLFRIEND REFUSED TO EXIT HIS VEHICLE.  OFFICER ARRIVED AND MADE CONTACT WITH BOTH PARTIES OUTSIDE THE RESIDENCE. THE FEMALE HALF STATED SHE ONLY WANTED HER SHOES FROM OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE MALE HALF STATED HE HAD BEEN ATTEMPTING TO PROVIDE THE FEMALE HALF WITH HER PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY WAS RETURNED AND BOTH SUBJECTS REFUSED ANY FURTHER POLICE ASSISTANCE.

1317 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 8300 BLOCK LEGATION RD. - THE CALLER STATED HER GRANDMOTHER HAD BEEN ACCUSING HER OF STEALING MONEY AND WRITING BAD CHECKS. THE CALLER STATED THAT HER AND HER GRANDMOTHER HAD BEEN IN SEVERAL DISAGREEMENTS FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW ABOUT MULTIPLE INCIDENTS. OFFICERS THEN MADE CONTACT WITH THE GRANDMOTHER WHO STATED SHE WOULD LIKE FOR HER GRANDDAUGHTER TO LEAVE AND WOULD PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR HER. THE CALLER THEN STATED THAT HER GRANDMOTHER HAD MADE THREATS IN THE PAST TO HARM HER AND HER CHILD. BOTH PARTIES WERE ADVISED TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE COURT COMMISSIONERS OFFICE AND/OR FAMILY COUNSELING. REPORT WRITTEN

1339 HOURS- THREATS COMPLAINT- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR A THREATS COMPLAINT. UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER AND DETERMINED THE INCIDENT WAS A CIVIL MATTER, THE CALLER WAS ADVISED.

1342 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- THE CALLER STATED A SUSPICIOUS PERSON HAD OPENED HER DOOR TO HER RESIDENCE. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND DISCOVERED THE SUSPICIOUS PERSON TO BE THE LANDLORD AND CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT, THE TENANT WAS ADVISED.  

1500 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 7100 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. CALLER STATED HER BOYFRIEND HAD BECOME PHYSICAL WITH HER STRIKING HER IN THE FACE DURING AN ARGUMENT. OFFICERS EXAMINED THE CALLER AND OBSERVED NO INJURY TO THE CALLER. THE MALE HALF STATED HE HAD BEEN IN A VERBAL DISAGREEMENT WITH THE CALLER ABOUT BORROWING MONEY AND NEVER PLACED HIS HANDS ON THE CALLER. BOTH PARTIES WERE ADVISED TO SEEK ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE COURT COMMISSIONER OFFICE. THE MALE HALF ELECTED TO LEAVE FOR THE NIGHT. REPORT WRITTEN

1545 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - THE CALLER STATED SHE HAD TAKEN MONEY OUT OF HER HUSBANDS BANK ACCOUNT. THE CALLER THEN STATED HER HUSBAND THEN CAME TO THEIR RESIDENCE AND TOOK THE MONEY FROM HER. NO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WAS VERIFIED. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED THAT THE INCIDENT WAS A CIVIL MATTER.

1555 HOUR- NEIGHBOR DISPUTE- 8200 BLOCK OLGETHORPE ST.- THE CALLER STATED HER NEIGHBORS KIDS PLAYED A PRANK ON HER CHILD PLACING SOAP IN A CUP OF SNACKS. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE PARENTS OF THE CHILDREN WHO PLAYED THE PRANK. THE CHILDREN STATED IT WAS JUST A JOKE AND THEY WERE'T EXPECTING FOR THEIR FRIEND TO EAT THE SOAP. THE CALLER REFUSED MEDICAL ATTENTION WHILE ON SCENE FOR HER CHILD. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK MEDICAL HELP IF SHE NOTICED ANY CHANGE IN HER SONS HEALTH.

1604 FIGHT CALL- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MALE SUBJECT FIGHTING MULTIPLE STAFF AT THE SHOPPERS FOOD STORE. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL WE OBSERVED THE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICERS IN THE DOOR WAY WITH A MALE SUBJECT ON THE GROUND IN HANDCUFFS. THE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICERS AND STORE MANAGER STATED THEY HAD BEEN BITTEN BY THE SUSPECT AS HE ATTEMPTED TO FLEE THE STORE WITH STOLEN MERCHANDISE. THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO UPPER MARLBORO DOC FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN

1845 Hrs., Vandalism 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive- The caller reported an unknown person had damaged her vehicle. A further investigation revealed a family member had borrowed the car for personal use earlier and was involved in a minor accident and owner (the caller) was not aware of the damage. The caller was informed to contact her insurance carrier for further assistance. No report. 
1938 Hrs., Property Damage – 7700 block Vicar Street, The caller reported his vehicle was damaged while parked in a shopping center, located outside the City's jurisdiction. Officers advised The Caller to contact Prince George’s County Police for further assistance. However, he suggested he will call later due to his schedule. No report. 
2100 Hrs., Family Dispute 8500 block Sprague Place, The caller reported he was involved in a verbal dispute with his brother over the laundry washer. When officers arrived, the caller said the argument was over and refused further police services. No report. 
2151 Hrs., Disorderly 7600 block Riverdale Road, An anonymous caller reported two people arguing upstairs on the third level. Officers responded and canvassed the entire building and found nothing. No report.   
2250 Hrs., Check Welfare – 8300 block Carrollton Parkway- The caller reported he didn't feel well after consuming alcohol.  Berwyn Heights ambulance 148 responded and transported the caller to the hospital for further medical attention. No report. 
2345 hrs., Disorderly 7700 block Riverdale Road - The on-site security officer for the property reported two males loitering in front of building . Officers responded and made contact with the suspects. Both men displayed their Maryland Identification Cards upon request which confirmed their address at this location. They advised they were outside talking because they did not want to smoke inside the residence. No report. 
0015 Hrs., Suspicious Person - 6100 block of Lamont Drive, An unknown caller reported while driving. She observed a Hispanic male running in the street with no shirt on.  Officers responded, conducted a canvass of the area and located nothing. No report. 
0158 Hrs., Assist Fire Dept. - 5200 block of 85th Avenue, Officers responded and located a vehicle fire outside The City Jurisdiction on (Amtrak) Property near the railroad tracks. Prince George’s County Police was contacted and responded to the scene to assume further investigations. No report.   
0235 Hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th avenue - all clear.
0300 Hrs., Premise Check- Karen Elaine drive and Fontainebleau drive community, all clear.
0320 Hrs., Premise Check 8100 block Annapolis Road - all clear.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
