0612 HOURS- TOW DISPUTE- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A STOLEN VEHICLE REPORT.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT STOLEN, BUT HAD BEEN TOWED BY THE CONTRACTED TOW COMPANY FOR A PARKING VIOLATION. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED.

0624 HOURS- M.P.S.- 7300 BLOCK GAVIN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER RECEIVED A THREATENING PHONE CALL FROM A FEMALE SUSPECT WHO CLAIMED TO HAVE THE CALLERS ADULT SON LOCKED IN HER HOME.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, GATHERED ALL INFORMATION FOR A MISSING PERSON REPORT, WHEN THE CALLERS SON RETURNED HOME FROM A NIGHT OUT DRINKING.  THE CALLERS SON WAS UNHARMED AND STATED HE WAS UNAWARE OF THE THREATENING PHONE CALLS TO HIS FATHER.  DET. ROBINSON WAS NOTIFIED IF THE INCIDENT AND WILL FOLLOW UP. REPORT WRITTEN

0745 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0809 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0935 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A MALE HARASSING CUSTOMERS.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, WHO REFUSED POLICE SERVICES AS THE MALE HAD LEFT THE SCENE PRIOR TO POLICE ARRIVAL.

0948 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS JUVENILE MALE SOLICITING AT THE LOCATION. THE JUVENILE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, THEN RELEASED TO THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF HIS GRANDMOTHER. REPORT WRITTEN

1032 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1055 HOURS- DOMESTIC STANDBY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A MALE REQUESTED OFFICERS PRESENCE TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE APARTMENT.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, AND THE FEMALE RESIDENT ALLOWED THE MALE ENTRY TO REMOVE PERSONAL ITEMS HE HAD PREVIOUS PACKED.

1134 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CARROLLTON ELEMENTARY-  ALL CLEAR.

1205 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR REPORT OF A 2 VEHICLE COLLISION.  OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE CALLER DISCONTINUED POLICE RESPONSE AFTER THE FACT, AS THEY EXCHANGED INFORMATION AN LEFT THE SCENE.

1243 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1306 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1532 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1601 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A MALE PARKED IN THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT WHEN THE SCHOOL WAS CLOSED.  THE MALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, DISCOVERED TO BE DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, AND THE VEHICLE HAD SUSPENDED REGISTRATION PLATES FOR INSURANCE VIOLATIONS.  THE MALE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED, ISSUED MULTIPLE TRAFFIC CITATIONS, HIS LICENSE CONFISCATED, THE REGISTRATION PLATES WERE CONFISCATED FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

1638 HOURS- ASSAULT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A REPORT OF A MALE BEING ASSAULTED BY ANOTHER MALE.  OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. OFFICERS WERE DISCONTINUED BY DISPATCH AS THE ASSAULT WAS OCCURRING IN "D" SECTOR, OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

1900 Hrs., Domestic / 6600 block Adrian Street / The Caller reported she was involved in a physical altercation with her child’s father. Upon arrival, no injuries reported, both parties refused medical attention and further police services because they wanted to "work things out." Officers interviewed both parties. The caller declined to complete a lethality form. Both the caller and the children's father said: "they still care for one another and wanted to fix their issues." REPORT WRITTEN

1940 Hrs., Unknown Trouble / 8500 block Annapolis Road / The front desk staff, advised several children from a party in the ballroom were playing and accidentally pulled the fire alarm. The on-site building engineer checked the systems which showed everything clear. No report.  

2038 Hrs., Premise Check / 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear. 

2120 Hrs., Sound of Gunshots / 7500 block Riverdale Road / an anonymous caller, reported the sounds of guns shots. Police communications advised they received only one call for this report. Officers responded and located no signs of shots fired, several citizens that were in the area said they did not hear any shots fired. No report.  

2140 Hrs., Accident / 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Two vehicles involved in an accident, minor property damages, no injuries reported and information exchanged. No report. 

2245 Hrs., Premise check / 7500 block Riverdale Rd (Front and rear parking lot) activity observed. 

2336 Hrs., Premise Check / 8500 block Legation Road / all clear. 

0015 Hrs., Disorderly / 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive/ The Caller advised she wanted a guest removed from her home. Upon officer’s arrival, the guest had already left and the complaint no longer required further police services. No report.   

0038 Hrs., Disorderly / 7700 block Riverdale Road / The Caller (overnight manager) requested officers presence to escort an employee from the property after being suspended. Officers escorted the employee off the premises without incident. No report 

0131 Hrs., Hit & Run / 7500 block Topton Street/ Caller reported while taking a shower, he heard a loud "boom" similar to an "explosion." The caller walked outside to investigate and realized an unknown driver had struck his Grand Jeep Cherokee which was parked, and then fled the scene, making good of their escape. Officers canvassed the area and located the striking vehicle, in the 5900 block of Mentana Street, along with the driver. Further actions taken. REPORT WRITTEN 

0228 Hrs., Roommate Dispute / 7700 block Riverdale Road / The caller reported her roommate disobeyed their agreement by inviting random people over to their residence after hours. Officers advised both parties, and the guest decided to leave for the night, settling the dispute. Further police actions were not required. No report.

0310 Hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Road / all clear.

0430 Hrs., Loud Noise Complaint / Westbrook Drive & Oglethorpe Street / An unknown caller reported loud noise coming from this intersection. Officers responded and located nothing, no report.     

0450 Hrs., Premise check / 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

0514 Hrs., Premise Check / Auburn Avenue and Chestnut Avenue / all clear.
