0810 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

0840 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd store was business as usual, no issues reported 

0945 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / area was clear, landscapers on premises

1110 Premise Check/ 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy area was clear

1245 Suspicious Person/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / a male who was refused services in the past was sitting at the closed bar. The male stopped, identified, checked for warrants (open in VA non-extraditable) and trespassed by the Manager from the hotel. REPORT WRITTEN

1335 Premise Check/ Heritage Square Apts. / area was clear

1420 Premise Check/ Oakcrest @ Harland area was clear

1500 Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / the male from the earlier call for service returned to ask if he could hang out in the lobby. The male left prior to officer’s arrival

1607 911 Hang Up/ 8500 block 86th Ct resident was making a call, accidental

1750 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd male was disturbing customers. The male left prior to arrival 

1900 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Disabled vehicle, vehicle was stopped and having mechanical problems next to the shoulder.  The driver stated they were waiting for a tow and it would be there in a few minutes.  Officers left flares for safety purposes.

1937 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Riverdale Rd/ Vehicle accident, two vehicles had minor damage and no parties on scene claimed injury.  Officers exchanged information to both parties.  

2015 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

2045 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear .

2110 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Disabled vehicle, Officers approached a vehicle with its four ways on and spoke to the driver.  Driver stated they had a leak and could not move it.  After Officers called for a tow the driver started the vehicle and moved it to the parking lot.

2200 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

2215 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2238 hrs., Business check/ Lowe's, check clear.

2259 hrs., 7600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2315 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Landlord Tenant complaint, caller stated he wanted his roommate to leave his residence.  We advised him of the correct action he would have to take to have them evicted from his residence.

2330 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Check on the welfare, front desk called and stated there was a child wondering the hallway.  Prior to Officers arrival the parents of the child were located and the child was with them.  The parents left the room to get ice and drinks at the end of the hallway when the child woke up, opened the door, and walked out.  This was a matter of a minute or two but the child just so happened to walk into a neighboring room and they called immediately.  Officers did not find any neglect of the child just a simple mistake in stepping out when he woke up.

0003 hrs., 8200 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious vehicle, Officers noticed a vehicle stopped the wrong way on the sidewalk.  Officers approached the running vehicle and observed two males inside semi coherent.  After a few minutes, the driver finally opened the door to have the odor of CDS emanate from inside.  Officers were able to awaken the driver but the passenger was transported to the hospital for treatment.  After several tests the driver was arrested and issued several citations and the vehicle was impounded. 0145 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

0230 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0315 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0345 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0420 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0450 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0515 hrs., Renal Care/ Commercial Alarm, Officers arrived and spoke to employees on scene who accidentally set the alarm off.  Employees were identified and advised to contact the alarm company.
