0820 Property Damage/ 6400 block Kaslo St / the victim alleged her estranged husband, who has an active protective order, keyed her vehicle. At the time of the report, the husband was not on the scene. The victim was advised to seek assistance through the district court commissioner’s office. REPORT WRITTEN

0827 Missing Person/ 6500 block Jodie St / the missing left his residence and hasn't returned. The missing left in a Mustang; the family hasn't had any contact. PGPD was notified and the missing classified as non-critical. NC3 was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1115 Suspicious Person/ Annapolis @ Veterans/ officer's observed a male panhandling in the median. The male checked negative for warrants and was advised of the panhandling laws. REPORT WRITTEN

1125 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

1215 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers

1222 Disorderly/ 5300 block 85th Ave / caller was returning the property to a customer and needed police assistance. 

1315 Disorderly/ 8500 block Sprague Pl / brother is driving a vehicle without a license. Officers responded and the resident advised they didn’t call.

1350 Station Call-Suspicious Vehicle/ 6200 Block of Westbrook Dr. / male sleeping in a vehicle. 

1411 Theft/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Forman Mills two females and a male stole bags of clothing fleeing toward 7-11. Loss Prevention advised they were able to retrieve their property and no longer needed police services.

1500 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / no issues reported, business as usual

1530 Domestic/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / the complainant wanted to get help for his girlfriend who was not on scene. The male was advised to seek assistance through the courts for mental health.

1600 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers.

1740 Disorderly/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / a male was harassing customers in the store. The male paid for his items and left prior to officer's arrival.

1808 hrs., Forman Mills/ Assault / caller stated two females were fighting with loss prevention and several persons were sprayed with pepper spray.  Loss prevention made an attempt to stop and detain the females for shoplifting when one took a can of pepper spray and sprayed in an attempt to make good of their escape.  The females got into an unknown dark vehicle with unknown tags and fled the area.  Fire board checked the employees out and they refused medical treatment.  Detective Monge and NC2 were notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1910 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle accident / minor damage to both vehicles and no injury claimed on scene.  Both parties exchanged information prior to officer’s arrival.

1930 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave / check clear.

1945 hrs., Stanwood St and 84th Ave/ Complaint of a commercial vehicle parked in the area.  Area was checked with negative results for the parking complaint.

2043 hrs., 6100 block 85th Pl/ Parking complaint / caller stated there was a black vehicle parked on his grass and the sidewalk.  Officers arrived to locate the vehicle parked illegally, and spoke to the home owner who did not give permission to the driver to park there.  After running the registration, an owner was tracked down who advised they did not park the vehicle there.  Once an inspection of the vehicle was conducted, it was discovered the emergency brake failed and the vehicle drifted into the yard after being parked.  Due to the vehicle having a malfunction, it was released to the owner and not impounded.

2120 hrs., Station call/ Found property / while Officers were getting lunch a wallet was located in the parking lot of the 7-11 in David Sector (9000 block Annapolis Rd).  Due to the male just leaving the parking lot and the contents inside, Officers attempted to Contact David sector (due to it being located in their jurisdiction) but they refused to take the property.  Officers therefore secured it in our Property until the owner can be notified. REPORT WRITTEN

2233 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious persons / caller stated there were 10 males sitting on peoples vehicles, smoking CDS, and drinking.  Officers entered the area and observed three males standing near a vehicle.  The males lived in the complex and were not smoking CDS.  They were advised but were leaving the area for the night.  

2301 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Assault / Officers received a call of a male and female fighting in the parking lot and it was physical.  Officers arrived and observed the male standing in the parking lot.  As Officers attempted to stop him and he fled the area.  Officers finally stopped him and after questioning several persons and completing the investigation, it was discovered that the male was fighting with the security guard and struck him with a stick causing injury. The male was placed under arrest. REPORT WRITTEN

2304 hrs., 6600 block Adrian St/ Accident / minor damage to both vehicles and no injury claimed on scene by either party.  Information was exchanged between parties by Officers.

0015 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

0054 hrs., 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr. / Sound of shots or possibly fireworks / caller stated they did not know which it was but asked if Officers could check the area.  Officers checked the area all the way up to Karen Elaine Dr. with negative results.

0130 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30 , check clear.

0205 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Suspicious Person / caller stated there was a male lying on the ground possibly sleeping.  Officers arrived, searched the building and the laundry room with negative results.

0245 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave / check clear.

0315 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0330 hrs., 6200 block 85th Pl/ Residential Alarm / Alarm company stated the side door to the residence alarm activated.  Officers arrived on scene to speak to the resident living in the basement, who stated they were leaving and did not know the owner set the alarm.  Officers spoke to the owner who stated he forgot they were leaving and set the alarm but did not get to turn it off prior to us being dispatched.

0400 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0430 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0500 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
