0750 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / area was clear

0812 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

0940 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

1023 Stolen Auto/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd / the victim advised overnight an unknown suspect stole his BMW from the driveway. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. REPORT WRITTEN

1100 Premise Check/ 6100 block 84th Ave. / area was clear, no issues observed

1220 Disorderly/ 6400 block Fairborn Terr. / male parked in front of the residence. 

1310 Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / female causing a disturbance inside the store. 

1420 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / area was clear

1455 Fight/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / neighbors were fighting over a conversation had with another aparments child about noise. Info was exchanged so parties can file charges with the commissioner's office. 

1614 Fight/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / two female customers were involved in a physical altercation over cutting in the line. One party left prior to officer’s arrival 

1715 Music Complaint/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd / officers requested the resident to lower their music. The resident complied without incident

1754 Disorderly/ 8300 block Legation Rd / caller was having a verbal disagreement with her granddaughter. The caller alleged her granddaughter stole her purse. While officers were on scene the caller found her purse. 

1900 hrs., Station/ Voluntary Evaluation / female arrived at the station and stated she needed to go to the hospital for therapy (assistance).  Officers called the ambulance to transport her to the hospital for help.  Officers had her vehicle parked in the lot and staff was notified as to not tow the vehicle for overnight staying in the lot.  NC2 was notified.

2000 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

2030 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

2110 hrs., Residence check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

2200 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave / check clear.

2230 hrs., La Fountainebleau Restaurant/ Assist Prince George's County Police with an Unknown Trouble.  Female ran into the business and yelled she needed the Police.  Officers arrived and discovered it was a Domestic situation that occurred down the street, all within Prince George's County jurisdiction.  

2300 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School / check clear.

2315 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Dispute / caller stated he was upset because his girlfriend wanted her phone back.  When we spoke to her she stated she was tired of him being intoxicated all of the time and she just wanted her phone back.  She advised Officers she did not call and she was just going to turn the phone off.  Both parties were advised it was a civil matter and what actions they could take.  The male half was not happy with the response Officers gave and continued to try to argue.  He finally went back into his residence.

2333 hrs., Quentin St and Inlet St/ Hit and Run / Officers responded to the intersection to locate a male in his vehicle.  After several minutes Offices were able to determine the accident occurred on Good Luck Rd in Prince George's County jurisdiction.  Officers called Prince George's County Police who gathered the information and took the report.

0005 hrs., School check/ Lamont Elementary School / check clear.

0030 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School / check clear.

0110 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge / check clear.

0200 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30 / check clear.

0230 hrs., Business check/ 7-11 / check clear.

0300 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station / check clear.

0339 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Tow Dispute / female called stating she did not feel it was fair to have to pay for a drop fee on her vehicle that was illegally parked.  Officers spoke to the tow truck driver and the female and advised her she had no choice but to pay for the drop fee or the vehicle was going to be towed to the lot by the tow company.  She agreed to pay the fee and walked over to the ATM to retrieve money to pay the driver, who then released her vehicle.

0405 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel / check clear.

0430 hrs., Business check/ 7-11 / check clear.

0450 hrs., 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Assist MSP Warrant squad with an attempt to serve an arrest warrant.  Officers stood outside of the apartment to secure the perimeter until MSP made entry.  Once they made entry into the residence it was discovered the suspect was not located inside and they did not need any more assistance.  Offices cleared the scene with no incident.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
