0735 hours- Stolen Auto- 5400 block 85th Ave/ The caller stated that someone stole their vehicle. It was later learned that the vehicle was towed due to a "alleged" expired parking pass. NO REPORT

0815 hours- Premise Check (Foot Patrol) 7700 block Riverdale Road/ All clear

0950 hours- Vandalism to Auto- 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that the caller was mentally unstable and alleged that someone damaged her vehicle. She was advised. NO REPORT

1011 hours- Accident- 8300 block Quintin Street/ Unoccupied Unit 1 jumped out of gear, rolling down the street, striking a pole. Pepco was notified and REPORT WRITTEN

1101 hours- Customer Dispute- 8400 block Annapolis Road/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that there was a dispute over the return a hair product. The caller was advised and sent on her way.

1337 hours- Accident- 8400 block Annapolis Road/ Two vehicles were involved in an accident. There were no injuries and the information was exchanged. NO REPORT

1503 hours- Check the Welfare- 7600 block Riverdale Road/ Officers were asked to go to the location and check on children at the LOI. There was no answer at the door.

1622 hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Road/ All clear

1706 hours- Premise Check- 7700 block Riverdale Road/ All clear

1800 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - ALL CLEAR.

1817 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1920 HOURS- FIGHT CALL - 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR - CALLER REPORTED HEARING MALES POSSIBLY HAVING A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE MADE CONTACT WITH PROBLEM APARTMENT, WHERE IT WAS DISCOVERED ROOMMATES WERE HAVING A VERBAL ALTERCATION. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF INJURY. THE ROOMMATES HAD RESOLVED THE ISSUE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL.


1940 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7700 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD. - ASSIST PGPD WITH A DISORDERLY FEMALE. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE SHE WAS GONE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
2045 HOURS- ACCIDENT- ANNAPOLIS RD AND 85TH. - UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING INJURY TO BOTH DRIVERS. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS ISSUED SEVERAL CITATIONS. THE DRIVERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL BY A830 AND A835. THE VEHICLES WERE NOT DISABLED AND RETRIEVED BY FAMILY MEMBERS.

2120 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE - ANONYMOUS CALLER REPORTED 20 MALE SMOKING CDS AND DRINKING ALCOHOL.OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WITH NOTHING FOUND.

2200 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSONS – 7800 BLOCK  RIVERDALE RD - CALLER REPORTED  MALE PULLING ON CAR HANDLES WHILE PLACING FLYERS. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA AND THE MALE WAS GONE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL.  

2230 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - CALLER REPORTED NEIGHBORS ABOVE HIM WERE MAKING A LOT NOISE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH NEIGHBORS WHO ADVISED THEY WOULD TRY AND KEEP IT DOWN. 

2318 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON – 6000 BLOCK MENTANA ST.-  OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR MALES GATHERING AT THE LOCATION, GAMBLING, DRINKING, SMOKING CDS AND BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA AND STOPPED 6 MALES. THE MALES WERE ADVISED, CHECKED NEGATIVE FOR WARRANTS, AND SENT ON THEIR WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

0050 HOURS- RETURNED LOST PROPERTY – 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD.  CALLER REPORTED A MALE PICKED UP HIS PHONE AFTER HE HAD ACCIDENTALLY LEFT IT IN THE RESTROOM. ONCE THE CALLER APPROACHED THE MALE AND REQUESTED HIS PHONE, THE MALE WAS HESITANT TO RETURN THE PHONE. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND THE PHONE WAS RETURNED. 

0130 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK - MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 6000 BLOCK MENTANA ST. - REPORT OF MALES GATHERING AT THE LOCATION, GAMBLING, DRINKING, SMOKING CDS AND BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

0200 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - ALL CLEAR

0230 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.  -  ALL CLEAR

0300 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0442 HOURS- CITIZEN ARMED ROBBERY – 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  VICTIMS REPORTED A BLACK MALE WITH  BUNDLED DREADLOCKS, APPROXIMATELY 5'9'', MEDIUM BUILD, WITH A BLACK SCARF AROUND HIS FACE, WEARING A BLACK JACKET, BLUE JEANS AND BLACK SHOES APPROACHED THEM WITH A BLACK HANDGUN AND DEMANDED THEIR PROPERTY. THE SUSPECT ORDERED THEM ON THE GROUND AND REMOVED A BOOK BAG CONTAINING A GOLD IPHONE 6 PLUS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THE SUSPECT ALSO TOOK ONE OF THE VICTIMS WALLETS, WHICH ONLY CONTAINED 2 SMART TRIP CARDS AND A MARYLAND IDENTIFICATION CARD. THE SUSPECT FLED IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION BY UNKNOWN MEANS MAKING GOOD ON HIS ESCAPE. A CANVASS OF THE AREA YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS. DET. CARROLL RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. 

NCPD 2, DET. ROBINSON, AND RST WERE NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT.
