0739 hours- Vandalism to Auto- 5400 block 85th Ave/ Officers arrived on scene to learn that an unknown suspect shattered the caller's passenger side window by unknown means. REPORT WRITTEN

0800 hours- Stolen Auto- 5700 block 84th Ave/ Officers arrived on scene to learn that the caller's vehicle was stolen in DC. The caller's friend was using the truck and parked it in DC and that's where the vehicle was stolen from. The caller was advised. NO REPORT

0827 hours- Theft from Auto- 5300 block 85th Ave/ Officers arrived on scene to learn that an unknown suspect shattered the passenger side window and stole items from his vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN

0834 hours- Suspicious Person- 5300 block 85th Ave/ Officers observed the arrested sitting by a grass area rolling weed. A check through dispatch revealed that the arrested had an open warrant. He was civilly cited and transported to DOC for service of his warrant. REPORT WRITTEN

0915 hours- Residential Premise Check- Officers patrolled the residential area looking for any suspicious activity but ended with negative results. All Clear

1017 hours- Noise Complaint- 6400 block Fairborn Terr. / Officers responded to the LOI and the volume of the music the resident was playing was in standards with the city's policy.

1155 hours- Suspicious Person- 85th Ave and Annapolis Road/ A caller stated that they observed a female throwing rocks at passing cars. Officers canvassed the area which ended with negative results.

1207 hours- Vehicle Impound- 8500 block Annapolis Road/ Officers observed a female driver fail to obey a traffic control device. A registration check revealed that the tags did not belong to the vehicle. The vehicle was impounded REPORT WRITTEN 

1234 hours- Premise Check- 5400 Blocck 85th Ave/ All clear

1500 hours- Hit and Run- 5400 block 85th Ave/ The caller stated that she was involved in a minor accident. When officers arrived on scene, officers did not observe any damages consistent with what the caller stated that happened. NO REPORT

1515 hours- Accident- 8600 block Annapolis Road/ four vehicles were involved in an accident. There were no injuries to any of the drivers and one vehicle was impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

1555 hours- Unknown Trouble- 8500 block Oglethorpe Street/ Officers responded to the LOI and observed that a Hispanic male had a laceration to his head. A Spanish speaking officer was on scene and translated for officers what the parties on scene were stating. The officer stated that the females on scene were very uncooperative and would not tell officers what happened to the male half. Det. Robinson was notified of this incident. REPORT WRITTEN 

1646 hours- Disorderly- 8500 block Annapolis Road/ Officers responded to the LOI to learn that there was a dispute with a female guest who alleged that the hotel was giving anybody her room key. The female was advised and sent on her way. NO REPORT

1820 PREMISE CHECK/ 53-5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE, AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

1957 UNKNOWN TROUBLE/ 6200 BLOCK 86TH AVE, UPON ARRIVAL CALLER ADVISED HIS CAR WAS MISSING BUT HE FOUND IT PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. CALLER REFUSED POLICE SERVICES.

2000 PREMISE CHECK/ 6600 BLOCK CHESTNUT AVE, AREA CHECKED CLEAR

2030 CDS COMPLAINT/ 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE, OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA, THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

2053 CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE/ 7300 BLOCK GAVIN ST., CALLER REPORTED SHE HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH HER CHILDREN'S FATHER WHO WAS NOT AT THE LOCATION TO EXCHANGE THEIR CHILDREN EVERY WEEK AND THE FATHER WANTED ONE CHILD TO STAY WITH HIM. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK A CHILD CUSTODY AGREEMENT THROUGH THE COURT SYSTEM.

2124 RETURN CALL FOR CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE/ 7300 BLOCK GAVIN ST., THE FATHER OF THE CHILDREN WAS ON SCENE AND ADVISED THOUGH HE AND THE MOTHER HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT TO EXCHANGE THE CHILDREN THE FATHER STATED HE WANTED TO KEEP THE CHILD BECAUSE THE CHILD FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE MOTHERS HOUSE BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT GETTING THE ATTENTION SHE NEEDED. THE PARENTS CAME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT AND THE CHILD WENT WITH HER GRANDPARENTS. 

2220 PREMISE CHECK/ 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DR., AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

2315 SUSPICIOUS OCCUPIED VEHICLE/ 6400 BLOCK 85TH AVE,  OFFICERS APPROACHED THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION, THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE STATED THEY WHERE RELAXING OUTSIDE THEIR HOUSE. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE ADVISED ON TRESPASSING LAWS AND WERE SENT ON THEIR WAY.

0112 DISORDERLY PERSON/ 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD, SUBJECT REFUSED TO LEAVE AFTER BEING ASKED TO BY THE HOTEL STAFF, THE SUBJECT WAS REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.

0120 DISABLED VEHICLE/ 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE, THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM THE ROADWAY BY A PRIVATE TOW.

0150 PREMISE CHECK/ 53-5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE, AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

0230 PREMISE CHECK/ 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD, AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

0315 PREMISE CHECK/ 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD, AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

0340 THEFT FROM AUTO/ 7600 BLOCK FONTAINEBLEU DR, CALLER REPORTED SHE OBSERVED TWO MALES BREAK INTO A VEHICLE. THE CALLER STATED THE SUSPECTS FLED TOWARDS RIVERDALE RD. OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WHICH YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE SUBJECTS ENTERED THE VEHICLE THROUGH AN OPEN DOOR. S-1 AND S-2 STOLE A PAIR OF APPLE HEADPHONES. A LATENT FINGERPRINT WAS RECOVERED FROM THE PASSENGER DOOR. REPORT WRITTEN
