Further Investigation revealed the patient doesn't reside at this location after checking with rental records at the management office. The caller was advised, no report.
1503 Recovered Stolen Auto/ 7300 block Oakcrest St vehicle was stolen through PGPD. It was recovered and impounded by Charlies Towing. Vehicle was removed from NCIC
1649 Assault Arrest/ 5300 block 85th Ave the male was intoxicated and punched officer while conducting the investigation for a domestic. During the investigation, A-2 attempted to stop officers from arresting A-1. While all this is happening A-3 slapped A-2 in the face in front officers. A-1 was treated on scene by EMS and transported to PGH for medical treatment. A-2 and A-3 were transported to U/M DOC for presentation of charges. 1730 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave #12/ Domestic Arrest, assisted day-shift by taking one female to DOC Upper Marlboro and one male to PGH hospital.
1801 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave - Domestic Dispute, caller stated male half would not give her the child in common so she could leave the residence due to them arguing back and forth. Verbal only no injuries between parties.
1820 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd #301/Family Dispute, Dispute between Father and Son about the Son being disrespectful and bills that due in the house. Both parties were advised.
1905 hrs., 5900 block Westbrook Dr/ Suspicious Person, caller stated there was someone in his house with a knife. Once on scene Officers discovered the caller wanted his mother out of the house and he is mentally unstable to make that decision and the house belongs to his parents. There was no knife and the caller was advised they all live there they can not be told to leave just because he wants them to go. Caller was not on scene.
1945 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/ Welfare check, caller stated a male was jumping in between cars while panhandling. Male stated that was not what happened he was just standing there trying to get bus fair to get back home. He was advised and sent on his way.

2015 hrs., Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street lights. Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.

2110 hrs., 5900 block Westbrook Dr/ Caller stated he was locked out of his residence. Officers asked if he had a key and he stated yes Officers then asked why he could not go into his residence, he stated because there are people there, later he elaborated the people were his family that he does not want living there anymore. He was advised and still not mentally stable.
2125 hrs., 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area. Citizens have been complaining about, suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.
2145 hrs., Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Harland St, Citizens complaining of Suspicious Persons loitering in the area, being disorderly, and being loud late at night, check clear.
2220 hrs., 6000 block Westbrook Dr/ Family Dispute, caller stated she was upset that her husband came home intoxicated. Male half stated he did not want to fight so he fell asleep in the car in the garage. Both parties were advised.
2240 hrs., Shoppers Food/ Alarm, accidental by the delivery drivers delivering food to the back entrance.
2345 hrs., 8500 block Legation Rd/ Suspicious vehicle, caller stated a white vehicle was parked in the parking lot. Officers observed a white vehicle with four individuals inside, driver stated they were coming from skating and did not want to go home so they stopped and were hanging out in the parking lot. All parties checked out and were advised and sent on their way.
