0615 Hours- Trespass- 5200 block 85th Ave. Homeless male seeking shelter was sleeping in the hallway. He was strongly advised and sent on his way. No report

 

0630 Hours- Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Male was refusing to leave the store. He had left by the time officers arrived on scene. No report

 

0745 Hours - Premise Check-5200-5400 block 85th Ave. Checked clear

 

0835 Hours- Premise Check- 7500-7700 block Riverdale Rd. Checked clear

 

0950 Hours- Unknown Trouble-7500 block Riverdale Rd. Dispatch advised of an open line with talking in the background. Officer were advised to disregard while en route. Call was accidental. No report 

 

1030 Hours-Check Welfare- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Caller advised his 10-year-old son contacted him on Instagram asking to come live with him. Caller also advised the child was being abused. There were no signs of abuse. However, this was not the first time officers had been dispatched to the address for the same thing. CPS was notified. Report written

 

 1130 Hours-Check Welfare- Child caller advised it was someone on the sidewalk hurt. Dispatch advised multiple priors from the phone number. Officers didn’t observe anyone outside but two children. No report 

 

1200 Hours- Premise Check-7400 block Riverdale Rd. Checked clear.

 

1330 Hours –Premise Check- 7500 block Goodluck Rd. Checked clear.

 

1422 Hours -Theft- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. - Male came to the station advised he packages was stolen from his doorstep. Report written

1650 hours- Fight- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - Caller advised the upstairs neighbors were loud sounded like a fight. Officer met with two teenaged girls who advised there was no fight. No report

1845 hrs., Premise check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

 

1900-2000 hrs. 8000 block of Carrollton Pkwy/ Traffic detail, officers have received complaints of speeding vehicles in this area so a detail was conducted.  Officers pulled over two vehicles without incident.  No Report.

 

2030 hrs., Premise check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

 

2100 hrs., Premise check/ New Carrollton Pool, check clear.

 

2140 hrs., Premise check/ New Carrollton Public Library, check clear.

 

2205 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Unknown trouble, caller stated there was a male and female fighting in the hallway.  Officers checked the building with nothing located.  Officers then checked doors to hear if any arguing was coming from a particular apartment, nothing heard.  There was no information on the caller to see if we could speak to them about further details.  No Report.

 

2230 hrs., Shoppers Food/ Theft, caller was an employee who stated there was a male who left the store with several items.  No information was given as to a description or direction of travel.  Officers checked the parking lot with negative results.  Officers went inside and spoke to the caller who stated they did not want anything done because they were unsure of exactly what items were taken.  No Report.

0035 hrs., 7-11/ Suspicious person, officers observed a male standing in front of the business.  Officers advised him and sent him on his way.  No Report.

0230 hrs., Premise check/ 8000 block Annapolis Rd, check clear.

0400 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious person, officers observed a male sleeping on the side of the complex.  Officers checked his welfare and he was in good condition.  He stated he was just there because his wife locked him out of his residence.  Officers sent him on his way.  No Report.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
