detained that attempted to steal $750 worth of merchandise. The male was taken

street. Unit two was traveling west bound on Annapolis Road. Unit two struck

person- 5900 block Mentana St. Female caller advised her daughter has been
missing since 1600 hours on 4/15/21. After entering the missing into NCIC
officers were advised the missing was in the custody of Virginia police. NC3

Ave/ Stolen Vehicle, caller stated while a female was inside cleaning her
residence, her vehicle was stolen. The caller was translating for
the victim, who stated she parked her vehicle in the lot to go into the
apartment to clean. 3 hours later when she came out the vehicle was

hrs., Advance Auto/ 911 hang up call, call taker stated there was a call from
the area of the business but the caller hung up prior to any information
gathered. The call taker called back and a female hung up again prior to
any information being gathered. Officers arrived and spoke to the manager
who stated a male was inside just before closing asking questions and looking
around to prevent them from closing. The manager is unsure but believes
the male may have stolen something. A description was given to officers
and a search of the area was conducted with negative results. No Report.

hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Dispute, caller stated he
was a tow truck driver who was attempting to tow an illegally parked vehicle
when the owner began to argue with him. The driver had hooked the vehicle
onto the tow truck when the owner began to yell to stop he was illegally towing
the vehicle. The female was refusing to pay the drop fee to the tow truck
driver. Officers spoke to both parties and advised the female the tow
truck driver had the right to tow her vehicle it was not properly parked.
The tow truck driver accepted the payment to drop the vehicle and the owner
received her vehicle back. No Report.
