1518 hrs. Domestic Dispute - 8400 block Sprague Pl. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both parties separately. Both advised that an argument started over money. Neither advised of injury. Both parties were advised how to obtain a protective order through the court commissioner’s office. The male half elected to leave for the night so things could cool down. No report

 

1533 hrs. Domestic Dispute - 7500 block Riverdale Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for unknown trouble. Upon the officer's arrival, they were advised by Prince Georges County Police Communications that the call had already been cleared and officers were no longer needed. No report. 

 

1625 hrs. Premise Check - 8100 block Annapolis Rd. Check clear.

 

1718 hrs. Disorderly - 8400 block Annapolis Rd.  Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a dispute between roommates. Officers advised that evicting someone from an apartment was a civil matter and the caller was advised to go to the landlord-tenant court to start the process. No report. 

 

1750 hrs. 6900 block Good Luck Rd/ Child custody dispute, caller was multiple family members stating the father of the children was at the family home and he was not to be there.  Officers arrived to locate the male who stated he was there to see or pick up his children.  Male half was in his vehicle on the roadway and never approached the residence.  The female half came out and told him he could not have the children they were about to eat dinner.  Family members stated there was a protective order on the male but when officers checked it was expired and no new ones were listed.  All parties were advised and the male half left.  No Report.

 

1908 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Stolen vehicle, caller stated her vehicle was stolen overnight.  Officers were unable to get a correct tag number so the vehicle was run by another means and discovered it was impounded last night.  Information was given to the caller about where the vehicle was.  No Report.

2348 hrs., 7700 block Arehart Dr/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, caller stated there was a gray vehicle in the parking lot with unknown persons inside.  Caller stated they did not recognize the vehicle.  Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the occupants inside, they stated they lived in the building.  Officers confirmed the residency of the occupants and sent them on their way.  No Report.

0025 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Loud noise, caller stated (anonymous) she could hear the people living above her walking around loudly and dropping items.  Officers went to the building but the apartment number she gave us was incorrect, the numbers did not go that high.  While in the building officers checked for any loud noises and there were none.  No Report.

 

0036 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Unknown trouble, caller stated she could hear a female crying and saying stay away from me, don't hurt me.  Officers arrived on scene and requested to contact the caller for a more specific apartment or location on the grounds where the female might be.  Communications was unable to get in touch with the caller.  Officers checked but did not hear any cries or signs of distress from any apartment in the building.  No Report.
