was a make male in the parking lot on the ground. Officers met with the male
who was disoriented, and possibly under the influence of CDS. Officers

1745 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly,
call was a 911 open line with yelling heard in the background. There was
no cooperation from either caller on an exact address. The call taker
finally was able to get an address for officers. Officers met the both
callers outside of the building. The male half stated the mother of his
girlfriend and he got into an argument and they pushed each other. Officers
then spoke to the mother who stated the male pushed her against the wall and
hit her with a bottle. When officers questioned her about the bottle
she said no he was going to hit her with it but did not. Both parties
were advised what action to take next and the girlfriend (not involved) left
with the mother for the evening until things calm down. No Report.

Loud music complaint, caller (anonymous) stated there was music coming
from persons on the back porch. Officers checked and where able to locate
the music being heard down on Carrollton Pkwy. Officers spoke to the
homeowner and advised them to turn it down, they complied with no issues.

Traffic detail, officers conducted a traffic detail in this area due to
complaints of vehicles speeding. Officers made 3 stops, without

officers noticed several vehicles parked at the intersections and not fully
allowing flow of traffic. Officers located the owners and re-parked them

Voluntary EPS, caller stated she was hearing voices and they were getting
louder. She stated she wanted to kill herself but wanted to go to the
hospital for possible medicine change. Due to the caller being of age and
wanting to go to the hospital the EPS was voluntary and handled by

hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Dog
bite, caller stated his dog was bit by the neighbor’s dog who was tied to a
leash outside loose without the owner around. Officers met with the
victim who stated their dog accidently got loose and was bit by the neighbor’s
dog. Officers checked the dog and discovered three puncture wounds to the
dog’s right side. The dog was bleeding and the owners were contacting
emergency vet facilities to attempt to be seen tonight for the injuries.
Officers gathered the information so they could treat the dog and went to speak
to the owner of the attacking dog. The female denied the dog was hers and
stated she was not home when the incident occurred. All information was
gathered, a report will be written, and notification will be made to the Animal
Control Officer for a follow up on Monday. Report written

Person, caller was a hotel employee stating there was a male sleeping on the
floor of the lobby of the hotel. Officers arrived and observed the male
on the floor asleep. Officers were able to wake the male up and check his
welfare. The male was fine, just homeless and cold. He was advised
and sent on his way. No Report.

hrs., 8300 block Donoghue Dr/ Suspicious
vehicle occupied, while on patrol officers observed a vehicle running in front
of the residence. Officers then observed a male sleeping in the driver's
seat. It took officers several minutes to finally wake the male up.
A female came out of the house and stated he was waiting for her so they could
leave. The driver was extremely tired and advised he was not driving the
vehicle in his condition it was dangerous. The female pulled the vehicle
into the driveway and sent the male inside to rest. No Report.
