what action he could legally take to remove the tenants from his

Vicar St/ Missing Child, caller advised her 5 year old daughter was missing
from the house and was last seen 30 minutes ago. Officers checked the
residence with negative results. As officers were looking for the child
her Aunt called the mother stating she was with her. The Aunt brought the
child back with no issues. The Aunt did not hear anyone when she yelled
who was home so she took the child thinking she was home alone. Her
family was inside but did not hear her yell over the noise. No Report.

daughter for not doing chores in the house. The father feels the son
should move out and the daughter did not need her hair done. The father

him out of the house. Officers spoke to the son who was just visiting and
he was asked to leave the residence. The son was upset and the mother was

1745 hrs., Shoppers/ Shoplifter, caller said there was a female shoplifting inside the store. When officers arrived they spoke to Loss Prevention who stated she did not steal any items she left them in the store and left prior to our arrival. No Report.
1806 Hrs. Neighbor Dispute- 5300 block 85th Ave, Officers responded to the listed location for a dispute between neighbors. Once scene contact was made with the caller who stated his neighbor had made threats towards him because of a notice that was on his door about loud noise. The caller stated he received the same notice along with every other resident in the building. Officers attempted to make contact with the other party involved but were unsuccessful because he was no longer home. The caller was advised to contact police if the neighbor returns. No Report
1837 Hrs. Accident- Annapolis Rd & 85th Ave, Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. Once on the scene, both drivers were checked for injuries related to the collision. Both drivers claimed no injuries while on scene. Officers then proceeded to conduct an exchange of information, during the verification of information it was discovered that the striking vehicle was not insured. At this time the vehicle was impounded and the driver was issued traffic citations. Report Written

responded for a single-vehicle accident. Once on scene contact was made with
the driver who claimed no injury while on scene. The driver stated he hit
something but he was unsure what it was. Moments later Maryland State Police
arrived on the scene and advised that our driver was involved in a hit &
run on 495. SFT’S were administered with negative results showing the driver to
have natural nystagmus. MSP issued the driver traffic citations and sent him on

responded to the listed location for a three-vehicle accident. Once on scene
officers observed the same vehicle from the previous accident crashed into two
parked vehicles. At this time it was apparent that the driver of the striking
vehicle may be in a medical emergency. Prince George’s Fire & Ems was
contacted and transported the driver to a local hospital for extremely low
sugar levels. The striking vehicle was impounded by Tino’s towing to its

Upon arrival, contact was made with the caller who stated her mother refused to answer the door and allow her into the residence. Officers then made contact with the caller's mother who allowed her daughter into the residence. No further police assistance was needed. No Report.
0439 Hrs. Notification- 6100 block 87th Ave, Officers responded to the listed location upon the request of another Law Enforcement Agency to a notification to the owner of a vehicle they had stopped that was occupied by a couple of juveniles. Officers made contact with a resident at the listed location, the resident advised that the name and vehicle provided didn’t belong to anyone at the residence. Officers made contact with the investigating officer and informed her of the outcome. No Report
