0623 hours - Commercial alarm – 8200 block Annapolis Road: Communication advised that they are receiving an alarm from the location. Officers responded to the location, all the exterior doors and windows were secured. There were no signs of forced entry. No report 

0725 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. No report    

0815 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report     

0930 hours - Property damage – 7600 block Fontainebleau drive: The caller stated that his vehicle was struck overnight while it was parked. Officers responded to the location and advised the caller that the incident was already handled by the night shift squad. No report   

1002 hours - Notification – 6200 block 87th Avenue: Hyattsville police called and requested officers to go to the location and locate a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run. Officers made contact with the vehicle owner and advised him. No report  

1049 hours - Landlord tenant dispute – 6200 block 86th Avenue: The caller stated that her landlord put a lock on the fridge. Officers responded to the location and advised both parties. No report 

1135 hours - Premise Check - 7700 & 7800 block of Riverdale Road: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which observed. No report    

1215 hours - Residential alarm – 5900 block 87th Avenue: Communications advised that they are receiving an alarm from the location. Officers responded to the location, all the exterior doors and windows were secured and there were no signs of forced entry. No report 

1352 hours - Property damage – 6500 block Fairbanks Street: The caller stated someone struck his vehicle, while it was parked. Officers responded to the location, gathered all the information for the report and advised the caller. Report generated

1430 hours - Vehicle released - 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy: A vehicle owner came to the station for vehicle release. Officers responded to the location and gave the vehicle release paperwork to its owner. No report  

1539 hours - Suspicious person – 5400 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that there is a female sitting on the stairs at the location. When officers arrived at the location, the female was GOA. No report 

1626 hours - Accident call - 8600 block of 85th Avenue: Unit-1 rear ended Unit-2, officers exchanged information between both parties. No report 

1730 hours - Disorderly – 8500 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that there was a disorderly guy at the location. Officers responded to the location but the guy was GOA. No report 

1745 hours - Accident with injury - 7600 block of Annapolis Road: Communication advised that a motorcycle struck a vehicle. Officers responded to the location and the incident was handled by night shift. 

1800 HOURS- ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES- 7400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD- SCOOTER STRUCK VEHICLE CAUSING INJURIES TO THE SCOOTER DRIVER. DRIVER OF THE SCOOTER WAS TRANSPORTED PGH AND THE SCOOTER WAS IMPOUNDED BY TINOS TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

2255 HOURS- LOUD NOISE COMPLAINT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR - CALLER STATED THAT HER NEIGHBORS WERE MAKING TO MUCH NOISE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE NEIGHBORS WHO SAID THEY WOULD LOWER THE NOISE. NO REPORT.

2358 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE- CALLER STATED HE WANTED OFFICERS TO CHECK ON HIS MOTHER AT THIS LOCATION. OFFICERS ARRIVED AND KNOCKED ON THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS. CALLER STATED HIS MOTHER HAS NO MEDICAL CONDITIONS OTHER THAN HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND HE DOES NOT SPEAK TO HIS MOTHER AT ALL AND JUST WANTED OFFICERS TO CHECK ON HER. HE WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT.
