PROVIDE OFFICERS WITH A TAG NUMBER THAT CAME BACK REGISTERED TO AN ADDRESS IN
THE CITY. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THAT ADDRESS AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE VEHICLE
