0654 hrs., 6000 block Westbrook Dr. / Vehicle accident, caller stated there was a vehicle overturned in the roadway.  Officers located the vehicle and the driver.  The driver was sitting outside of the vehicle and was transported to the hospital for evaluation.  The vehicle was impounded due to it being disabled.  Report written

1149 hrs., Veterans Pkwy at Annapolis Rd/ Check on the welfare, caller stated there was a male lying on the median.  Officers arrived and located a male lying on the median with a bruise on his face.  The male stated he swerved to avoid a collision with a vehicle and struck the curb causing him to fall and strike his face on the concrete.  Family was notified and he was transported to the hospital for treatment.  No Report.

 

1255 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Check on the Welfare, caller stated her neighbor was outside yelling and screaming and spitting things out.  Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the female, officers spoke to the caller who stated that she saw the female go back inside the apartment building and everything was good.  No Report.

1530 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Check on the Welfare, caller was Kaiser Permanente who stated they were on the phone with a female who was having problems with her mental health.  She was stating that she has not eaten since Saturday due to her neighbor standing outside her window and fired his gun in the air and told her she could not eat.  Officers spoke to her and she stated she has no information on the male.  Officers looked into it and spoke to the caller who stated they believed she was having an episode and she needed to speak to someone.  The female refused but was given information on who to contact when she wanted to talk.  No Report.

 

1600 hrs., 6400 block Fairbanks ST/ Civil Matter, caller stated several months ago his tenants moved out of the house he was renting and destroyed the residence.  He believed they may have broken the lock on the shed and possibly took items out.  However, the tenants told him the police raided the house due to them selling stolen vehicles and parts and they broke the lock.  Officers could find no evidence of the raid and advised the caller what action he needed to take to retrieve the loss of money to repair the residence.  No Report (Civil Matter).

 

1636 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Disorderly, caller stated a female was in the store upset and yelling.  When she left she kicked the door.  Officers checked the area and the female was gone prior to our arrival.  The caller stated she did not damage the door but she was afraid she would come back and cause damage to the store.  Officers advised they would do checks on the area.  No Report.

 

1657 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Family Dispute, caller stated she was being thrown out of her mother's residence by her mother and brother.  Caller stated she has paperwork stating she was able to stay there for another week.  Officers spoke to the mother who stated she was afraid of the daughter’s strange actions and the leasing office stated she would be evicted with any more complaints from neighbors about the daughter.  She just wanted the daughter to leave but stated she would not violate the law and allowed her to come into the residence.  No Report (Civil Matter.)

 

1739 hrs., 5800 block Sprague Pl/ Custody complaint, caller stated her alcoholic ex-husband came to the house and took their daughter without arrangements.  The caller stated they do not have a custody agreement but she was not home and did not want her to go with him.  She was advised what action she needed to obtain a proper custody order for their daughter.  No Report (Civil Matter)

1824 HOURS-Loud Noise Complaint-5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a loud noise complaint. Officers made contact with the caller and the problem unit and advised both on how to further proceed. NO REPORT

2020 HOURS- Hit-and-Run-7000 block Good Luck Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a hit-and-run. Officers met with the caller and found that the vehicle made contact with the vehicle and fled the scene without providing any information. Officers found the female lying in the fetal position. The female upon seeing officers ran away and screamed that the officers were zombies.
