0642 HOURS-Premise Check-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers conducted a check of this location for any trespassers or panhandlers.

0858 HOURS-Trespassing Complaint-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male in the laundry room who did not live in the building. It was found that it was a homeless male trying to get out of the sun to cool off. The male was provided with water and sent on his way.

0937 HOURS-Accident-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a two-vehicle accident that caused minor damage. Officers assisted with an exchange of information.

0957 HOURS- Missing Person-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a missing person. Officers met with the caller who stated his daughter went to a friend's house and he was unsure of where she was. Officers were able to get in contact with the daughter and found she was in good health and was being brought back home. Officers waited until the daughter was brought back home to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the daughter.

1113 HOURS-Accident w/ injuries- Annapolis Rd @ 495- Officers responded to this location for a report of a two-vehicle accident that caused major damage to a vehicle. Officers were able to gather information from all parties. All parties from Unit 1 were transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.

1225 HOURS-Parking Complaint-8300 block Carrollton Pkwy- Officers responded to this location for a report of an abandoned vehicle. Officers found the vehicle to be legally parked and registered. The vehicle was affixed with a 48-hour tow notification.

1259 HOURS-Missing Report-7600 block Riverdale Rd. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a missing person. Officers met with the caller who stated his daughter ran away from home on 07/01/2020 and was unsure of her whereabouts. All of the daughter's information was gathered and PGPD persons unit was notified.

1520 HOURS-Accident-85th Ave @ Legation Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a single-vehicle accident that caused damage to the vehicle. It was found that the accident occurred on I-495. The vehicle was driven to this location and parked for a private tow to retrieve the vehicle.

1557 HOURS-Disorderly-7500 block Fontainebleau Dr. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a group of children left at this location alone without supervision. It was found that the adults were home with the children and allowing the children to have a party. The adult was advised to try to keep the noise level down.

1838 HOURS- ACCIDENT- W/B ANNAPOLIS ROAD & 76TH AVENUE- OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING A MOTORCYCLE AND A VEHICLE. THE DAMAGES WERE MINOR; THERE WERE NO INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED. BOTH DRIVERS WERE PROVIDED AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE. 

1935 HOURS- ASSIST P.G.P.D.- "CITIZEN ROBBERY"- 7900 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO ASSIST P.G.P.D. HOWEVER, WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED THERE WERE NO VICTIMS OR SUSPECTS. THE CALL WAS CANCELED BY PGPD.

1940 HOURS- "FIREWORKS"- 5900 BLOCK OF WESTBROOK DRIVE- OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF FIREWORKS BEING SET OFF IN THE AREA; OFFICERS OBSERVED NO SUCH ACTIVITIES.

2015 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5300-5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVENUE - OFFICERS ON PATROL CONDUCTED A PREMISE CHECK OF THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.

2051 HOURS- DISORDERLY- LAMONT DRIVE AND WESTBROOK DR- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN UBER DRIVER WHO STATED HIS PASSENGER WAS DIRECTING HIM IN CIRCLES REFUSING TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, UPON OFFICER'S ARRIVAL THE UBER DRIVER COULD NOT BE LOCATED OR CONTACTED DUE TO THE CALL HAVING CAME FROM AN INTERPRETER. 

2112 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7600 FOUNTAINEBLEAU DRIVE #302- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SHE WAS IN AN ALTERCATION WITH HER WIFE AND THAT HER WIFE POSSESSES A FIREARM. THE CALLER COMPLETED A LETHALITY ASSESSMENT AND SPOKE WITH AN ADVOCATE OF THE FAMILY CRISIS CENTER, SHE ALSO ELECTED TO LEAVE THE RESIDENCE AND WAS ADVISED TO SEEK FURTHER RELIEF THROUGH THE DISTRICT COURTS COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE.

2127 HOURS-  DISORDERLY- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD- OFFICERS RESPONDED AND ADDRESSED THE INDIVIDUALS SETTING OFF FIREWORKS ADVISED THEM THEY WERE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND WITHOUT A PERMIT. THE INDIVIDUALS CEASED THEIR ACTIVITIES WITHOUT INCIDENT.

2204 HOURS- "ARMED SUSPICIOUS PERSON"- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SHE WAS INVOLVED IN A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT IN RIVERDALE MARYLAND WHERE THE INDIVIDUALS OF A WHITE KEY DISPLAYED A FIREARM. DUE TO THE INCIDENT NOT HAVING OCCURRED IN OUR JURISDICTION PG COUNTY DISPATCH WAS ADVISED AND PROVIDED THE DETAILS ON THAT VEHICLE AND IT'S SUSPECTS. THE CALLER REQUESTED FIREBOARD FOR HER ANXIETY BUT ELECTED NOT TO GET TRANSPORTED, SHE WAS ADVISED.

2220 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE - OFFICERS CONTACTED THE CALLER WHO STATED HER ROOMMATE KEPT MOVING APPLIANCES AROUND THE HOUSE; SHE WAS ADVISED.

2225 HOURS- "SOUNDS OF SHOTS"- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE- OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS AND SINGLE COMPLAINTS OF SOUNDS OF SHOTS YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS, FIREWORKS WERE HEARD AT CLOSE PROXIMITY HOWEVER, NOT SEEN IN THE AREA.

2240 HOURS- " FIREWORKS COMPLAINT"- 8300 BLOCK CATHEDRAL AVE- OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF SOUNDS OF FIREWORKS NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED NEAR OR AT THE LOCATION.

2248 HOURS- FIREWORKS COMPLAINT- 8300 BLOCK DONOGHUE DRIVE- OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENTS OF THE LOCATION WHO WERE SETTING OFF FIREWORKS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. THEY WERE ADVISED FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND UNLESS THEY HAD A PERMIT FROM THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL. ALL PARTIES CEASED THEIR ACTIVITIES WITHOUT INCIDENT.

 2256 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE- 8400 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY- OFFICERS OBSERVED AN UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE BLOCKING THE ROADWAY. THE OFFICER WAS ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER WHO IMMEDIATELY MOVED THE VEHICLE WITHOUT INCIDENT.

2330 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-  6100- 6500 BLOCK OF LAMONT DRIVE- OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.   

0020 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300-8400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD - OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. 

0128 HOURS- PARTY COMPLAINT- 5800 BLOCK 84TH AVE- OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR THE ONGOING COMPLAINTS OF LARGE GATHERINGS AT THE LOCATION. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE OWNER OF THE RESIDENCE WHO WAS AGAIN ADVISED. OFFICERS DID NOT OBSERVE ANYONE ENTERING OR EXITING THE LOCATION NOR WAS THERE SIGNS OF A PARTY AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, OFFICERS DID NOT MAKE ENTRY. THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE STATED THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 5 PEOPLE INSIDE WHO WORK FOR HIM AND THAT THERE WAS NO PARTY.

0159 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR A COMPLAINT OF A MALE SPINNING IN CIRCLES IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE LOCATION. UPON ARRIVAL IT WAS DISCOVERED THE MALE WAS IN GOOD HEALTH. HOWEVER, HE WAS HOMELESS AND ADVISED.

0200 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS OCCUPIED VEHICLE/ TAMPERING- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- WHILE COMING INTO THE AREA, OFFICERS OBSERVED THE SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE LEAVING THE AREA OF 85TH AVENUE. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE DRIVER REFUSED TO STOP. OFFICERS CONDUCTED A REGISTRATION CHECK WHICH RETURNED TO BE STOLEN THROUGH WASHINGTON, D.C.  A VEHICLE CHASE ENSUED AND ENDED ON THE BALTIMORE WASHINGTON PKWY AFTER COLLIDING WITH TWO OTHER VEHICLES. US PARK POLICE TOOK OVER THE TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION. MAJOR EVERTS WAS NOTIFIED AND ARRIVED ON SCENE.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
