OFFICERS PURCHASED FOOD FOR THE MALE SUBJECT AND ADVISED HIM AND SENT HIM ON HIS WAY WITHOUT INCIDENT.

Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone.
