0600 HOURS-Commercial Alarm-8300 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a commercial alarm being activated. Officers found that the alarm was activated accidentally by employees opening up for the day.

It was found that there was no physical disturbance and one of the family members was requested to be removed for an EPS. The person in question did not meet the criteria for an EPS and the family was advised on what actions to take.

1138 HOURS-Assist PGFD-7700 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers responded to this location at the request of Prince George's Fire Department for an elderly female experiencing a medical emergency; however, was refusing medical treatment. The female was met and advised of the seriousness of her condition. Officers were able to talk the female into getting an examination at a local hospital.

2050 hrs., New Carrollton Library/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, while on a premise check officers observed a vehicle in the parking lot with two individuals inside.  Officers identified the individuals as juveniles and made contact with parents to come and pick them up.  They stated they were just talking and there were no issues or further incidents.  Report written

2146 hrs., Charles Carroll Middle School/ Trespass, officers observed several juveniles on the roof of the school.  With the assistance of Prince George's County Officers and Guardian all juveniles were stopped and identified.  Officers released the juveniles to the parents and charges will be handled through the juvenile court system.  NC3 was notified. Report written

2215 hrs., 5800 block Mentana St/ Disorderly, caller stated there were several individuals outside being loud and lighting off fireworks.  Officers located a group of individuals who stated they were not lighting off fireworks but were talking loud.  Officers asked them to quiet down and there were no further issues.  No Report.

2240 hrs., New Carrollton Library/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, officers observed the vehicle with males inside who appeared to be looking for something.  Officers stopped them and it was determined they were looking for one of the juveniles from the earlier incident at Charles Carroll.  They were advised and again parents came to pick up the juveniles involved.  Continuation of the above incident.

0250 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

0315 hrs., Premise Check/ Metro Points Hotel check clear.

0345 hrs., Premise Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0414 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Assist the US Marshals Office with a recovered firearm and CDS.  Officers were notified by Agents that they were executing a warrant in the building listed and asked if we could assist with perimeter.  Officers assisted but they located a firearm in the room of the arrestee.  New Carrollton Officers secured the weapon for the Agents.  NC3 was notified.  Report written
