The caller stated he tried to call the mother to find out what time she was coming to pick up the kids but was unsuccessful. The caller was advised to keep the children until the mother arrived to pick up the children.

Upon officer arrival, the customer stated he paid for gas and didn’t receive the fuel. The customer was provided with the number to the corporate office to fix the issue. Upon arrival officers made contact with the caller who stated she thinks that another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction may have struck her vehicle. Once on scene officers were directed to the 7th floor for a loud disturbance, once on the 7th-floor officers located the room. Officers then made contact with the victim who stated her child’s father found her at the hotel and entered the room and assaulted her. The male half was GOA, a warrant application was completed and submitted for the male half.
