0630 hrs., Unknown Trouble / 8600 block Annapolis Road/ Police Communications, advised they received a 9-11 hang up at this location. Officers responded and made contact with the homeowner who stated it was accidental. No report. 
0725 hrs., Residential alarm / 5800 block 87th Avenue, Officers responded to meet with the homeowner who arrived after. At the homeowner's request officers searched the home with nothing found, all doors and windows secured. No report. 
 0838 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0900 hrs., Welfare Check / 5800 block Oland Street,  Police Communications advised the caller wanted to go to her doctor, however, upon arrival, all four occupants of the residence refused medical attention and further police services. No report. 
0923 Hrs., Theft / 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive / The caller reported an unknown suspect had stolen her package from his door, delivered on 10/26/2018; however, she required a report to dispute the loss to the shipping company. REPORT WRITTEN 
1051 Hrs., Theft / 8500 block Annapolis Road / Caller reported a suspect cut the cable wire and stole two display I-phone X, which are not activated. The suspects then fled in an unknown model silver vehicle making good of their escape. CID informed. REPORT WRITTEN
1100 hrs., CDS Recovery / 6300 block Sprague Place, traffic stop conducted for a violation, probable cause search led to the recovery of suspected marijuana. The CDS recovered, driver and passenger, both issued several citations. REPORT WRITTEN
1141 hrs., Vandalism / 7700 block Riverdale Road,  Caller reported his vehicle was damaged a week ago in another jurisdiction the caller advised no report. 
1200 hrs., Stolen Auto / 5400 block 85th Avenue / caller reported his vehicle stolen. An impound inquiry revealed the car was impounded by Maryland State Police on 10/31/2018 at 0500 hrs. Further investigation revealed the caller was involved in an accident on NB 495 and failed to remain on scene. MSP will handle all additional investigation responsibilities.  No report. 
1225 hrs., Disorderly / 5400 block 85th Avenue  / Caller reported he utilized a shipping company to ship property to Sierra Leone Africa, and the property failed to arrive at the designation. The caller advised he has all of the shipping company’s information, however, officers advised the caller it’s a civil matter, and he can seek further assistance through the District Court. No report.
1348 hrs., Property Damage / 8400 block Annapolis Road, the caller reported his vehicle damaged in a different jurisdiction. The caller was advised to contact the appropriate agency. No report. 
1441 Hrs., Disorderly / 5300 block 85th Avenue / The Caller reported she was involved in a verbal dispute in the parking lot with a friend, however, upon officers arrival, the caller refused police services no report. 
1544 Hrs., Disorderly / 8300 block Annapolis road / the store employee reported a customer inside the business acting belligerent over a refund. The customer left before officers arrived, and the caller no longer required police services.  No report. 
1642 Hrs., Accident / 8300 block of Annapolis Road, Unit-1 traveling, EB Annapolis road, failed to control speed and struck Unit-2 in the rear. As a result, the driver of unit-1 sustained injuries and transported to the hospital. Unit-1 impounded by Charlie’s towing for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN
1730 HOURS- 2100 HOURS- HALLOWEEN DETAIL- CITYWIDE- OFFICERS CONDUCTED A HI-VISIBILITY PATROL DURING THE ANNUAL TRICK-OR-TREAT EVENT.

1854 HOURS - DOMESTIC DISPUTE – 8300 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWYOFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HER HUSBAND WAS UPSET AND BEGAN TO ARGUE WITH HER IN FRONT OF THEIR CHILDREN. CALLER STATED HER HUSBAND FREQUENTLY ACCUSES HER OF INFIDELITY. BOTH PARTIES ELECTED TO CONTINUE TO COEXIST PEACEFULLY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING. THERE WERE NO VISIBLE INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED.

1919 HOURS - M.P.S. - 85TH AVE & SPRAGUE PL. - AN OFFICER WAS IN THE AREA ON HALLOWEEN DETAIL WHEN HE WAS APPROACHED BY A CITIZEN WHO POINTED OUT AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHO WAS LOST. THE OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE ELDERLY WOMAN WHO STATED SHE JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND THE METRO BUS LET HER OFF AT THE LOCATION ABOVE. THE WOMAN STATED HER ADDRESS AND THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET THERE. THE OFFICER THEN TRANSPORTED THE WOMAN TO HER RESIDENCE WHERE SHE WAS RELEASED TO THE CARE OF A FAMILY MEMBER. NO REPORT. 

1932 HOURS - THEFT FROM AUTO – 6400 BLOCK FAIRBANKS ST. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO ADVISED HE WAS IN CHEVERLY, MD WHEN HE REALIZED HIS REAR REGISTRATION PLATE WAS MISSING. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED THAT THE LOI WAS OUT OF OUR JURISDICTION AND HE WAS ADVISED WHAT POLICE DEPARTMENT TO CONTACT. NO REPORT. 

2048 HOURS - DISABLED VEHICLE - 5300 BLOCK OF 85TH AVEWHILE ON HALLOWEEN DETAIL AN OFFICER OBSERVED A DISABLED VEHICLE IN THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS EVENTUALLY MOVED FROM THE ROADWAY. NO REPORT.

2115 HOURS - DISORDERLY – 8100 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SEVERAL KIDS THREW EGGS AT HIS WINDOW. PRIOR TO OFFICER'S ARRIVAL THE CALLER HAD ALREADY CLEANED OFF THE WINDOWS. THERE WERE NO DAMAGES TO THE WINDOWS AND THE CALLER COULD NOT PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE KIDS WHO THREW EGGS AT HIS HOUSE. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED; OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS. NO REPORT.

2145 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD - ALL CLEAR

2220 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - ALL CLEAR. 

2356 HOURS - CDS RECOVERED - 7700 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD - WHILE CONDUCTING A TRAFFIC STOP, AN OFFICER RECOVERED A SMALL AMOUNT OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA, WHICH WAS PLACED INTO NCPD PROPERTY FOR DESTRUCTION. THE SUBJECT WAS CITED FOR TRAFFIC OFFENSES AND SENT ON HIS WAY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  REPORT WRITTEN

0039 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD - ALL CLEAR. 

0110 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR. 

0146 HOURS - DISORDERLY – 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A MALE WHO WAS DISTURBING CUSTOMERS. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE KNOWN SUBJECT, WHO WAS COMPLIANT. THE SUBJECT WAS HAVING ONE OF HIS KNOWN EPISODES, HE WAS ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. NO REPORT.

0230 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR - ALL CLEAR. 

0256 HOURS - FAMILY DISPUTE – 5900 BLOCK MENTANA ST - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HIS BROTHER TRIED TO FIGHT HIM. BOTH PARTIES WERE INTOXICATED, OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO DE-ESCALATE THE DISPUTE; BOTH PARTIES ELECTED TO SEPARATE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING. THERE WERE NO VISIBLE INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED IN RELATION TO THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into.
