0712 hrs.,   Premise Check - 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0806 hrs., Check Welfare – 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive - Caller wanted officers to check on his daughter because she called crying on the phone. Officers responded and met with the caller on the scene. Made contact with the daughter who advises she’s ok, and stressing over life choices and changes she encountered. (Did not meet the criteria for an EPS).  No report.  
0932 hrs., Disorderly – 5300 block 85th Avenue - Caller stated she subleased one of her bedrooms to a friend for three days. However, the friend refused to follow house rules and wanted the friend escorted from the residence. The guest was accompanied outside with no issues, no report.  
1012 hrs., Stolen Auto – 7600 block Riverdale Road, No stolen Auto verified,  impound inquiry revealed JP Towing impounded the vehicle for parking an violation. The caller advised. No report.
1045 hrs., Stolen Auto – 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive, No stolen Auto verified,  impound inquiry revealed JP Towing impounded the vehicle for parking an violation. The caller advised. No report.
1100 hrs., Disorderly - 8500 block Annapolis Road, manager wanted a citizen removed from the property, however; the vagrant left before officers arrived. No report.  
1334 Hrs., Traffic Complaint - Annapolis Road & Riverdale Road, an Unknown caller requested officers to check for a vehicle blocking the intersection. Officers responded and located nothing, a canvass of the area was negating. No report.  
1405 Hrs., CDS Complaint – 5400 block 85th Avenue, A unknown caller reported several individuals standing in front of the primary entrance door smoking. Officers responded and located nothing. No report.     
1430 hrs., Domestic Standby - 5400 block 85th Avenue –The caller requested officers presence while she gathered her personal belongings. The caller retrieved clothing and small property from the residence without any incident. She was advised to contact the Prince George's County Sheriff Office to schedule a date to recover her remaining property. No report.
1734 Hrs., Burglary in Progress, No burglary verified, the caller on scene advised while in the basement he heard a noise coming from upstairs. Officers checked the entire structure for signs of a crime or forced entry which showed negative results. The caller advised, no report.  
1807 HOURS - UNKNOWN TROUBLE – 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 HANG UP. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HE WAS TRYING TO CONTACT MONTGOMERY COUNTY OR CHEVY CHASE POLICE BECAUSE HE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THERE AND DID NOT NEED OUR SERVICES. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT. 

1813 HOURS - ACCIDENT - 8600 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD - UNIT 1 REAR ENDED UNIT 2 CAUSING UNIT 2 TO REAR END UNIT 3 ON THE LEFT TURN LANE TO I95 SOUTH. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, MINOR DAMAGES. AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE WAS CONDUCTED, NO REPORT

1818 HOURS - LOUD PARTY COMPLAINT- 6100 BLOCK 86TH AVE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SIGNS OF A LOUD PARTY. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE ENTIRE STREET WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. (RCOP) NO REPORT.

1934 HOURS - DISABLED VEHICLE - 8600 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD - OFFICER OBSERVED A VEHICLE DISABLED ON THE ROADWAY CAUSING A POTENTIAL ROAD HAZARD. THE DRIVER EVENTUALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE STARTED AND OUT OF THE ROADWAY. NO REPORT.

2008 HOURS - DOMESTIC – 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO WAS HAVING A DISPUTE WITH HIS CHILDREN'S MOTHER OVER BORROWED MONEY. THE DISPUTE WAS VERBAL ONLY AND THE MATTER WAS A CIVIL ISSUE. BOTH PARTIES WERE ADVISED. NO REPORT.

2049 HOURS - ACCIDENT - ANNAPOLIS ROAD & RIVERDALE ROAD - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND DISCOVERED DRIVER'S OF UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 HAD ALREADY CONDUCTED AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE AMONGST THEMSELVES THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND BOTH VEHICLES SUFFERED COSMETIC DAMAGES. NO REPORT. 

2104 HOURS - DOMESTIC – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SHE WAS ARGUING WITH HER HUSBAND WHO WAS NO LONGER ON SCENE. SHE WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT.

2144 HOURS - STOLEN AUTO – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO LEFT HIS VEHICLE RUNNING AND UNSECURED WHILE HE WENT INSIDE. THE SUSPECT HOPPED IN THE VEHICLE AND FLED EASTBOUND ON ANNAPOLIS ROAD. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO TRACK DOWN THE VEHICLE BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION PROVIDED AND A SHORT PURSUIT ENSUED RESULTING IN A BAIL OUT IN DAVID SECTOR. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY OFFICERS OBSERVED THE SUSPECT NEAR THE BAIL OUT AND WERE ABLE TO MAKE APPREHENSION. THE SUSPECT WAS THEN RELEASED TO OUR CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO UPPER MARLBORO DOC AFTER ADMITTING TO HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR STEALING THE VEHICLE. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE SUSPECT IN THIS INCIDENT IS ALSO A SUSPECT IN SEVERAL CRIMES WITH METRO TRANSIT POLICE.  NCPD 2 WAS NOTIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN

2145 HOURS - FAMILY DISPUTE – 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE -  N.C.P.D OFFICERS WERE ALL TIED UP ON THE ABOVE INCIDENT P.G.P.D. RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND DISCOVERED A MOTHER HAVING A DISPUTE WITH HER SON. ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED. HANDLED BY P.G.P.D. NO REPORT.

1020 HOURS - HIT & RUN - 85TH AVE & ANNAPOLIS ROAD - OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND OBSERVED UNIT 2 COMPLETELY DESTROYED. THE DRIVER WAS BEING TRANSPORTED TO DOCTOR'S HOSPITAL FOR POSSIBLE INJURIES. A WITNESS ON SCENE ADVISED UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELLING E/B ON ANNAPOLIS ROAD WHEN HE OBSERVED THE DRIVER RUN THE RED LIGHT ON ANNAPOLIS AND RIVERDALE AND CONTINUE TO TRAVEL E/B RUNNING THE RED LIGHT ON ANNAPOLIS AND 85TH AVE STRIKING UNIT 2 AS SHE WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN FROM 85TH AVE ON TO ANNAPOLIS ROAD. UNIT 1 FLED THE SCENE CONTINUING TO TRAVEL E/B ON ANNAPOLIS. SHORTLY AFTER UNIT 1 WAS STOPPED BY P.G.P.D. ON CIPRIANO ROAD AFTER AN OFFICER OBSERVED THE VEHICLE'S CONDITION. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS SEVERELY INTOXICATED. BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING; THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 APPEARED TO NOT HAVE SUSTAINED ANY INJURIES FROM THE ACCIDENT. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS CHARGED WITH DWI AND ISSUED MULTIPLE CITATIONS. REPORT WRITTEN

0125 - PREMISE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - ALL CLEAR.

0259- LOUD PARTY COMPLAINT - 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A LOUD PARTY COMPLAINT AT THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE. UPON ARRIVAL THE INCIDENT HAD ALREADY BEEN HANDLED BY THE PART -TIME N.C.P.D. UNIT AT THE LOCATION. NO REPORT. 

0320 - ACCIDENT – 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND OBSERVED UNIT 1 COMPLETELY DESTROYED AFTER STRIKING A PARKED VEHICLE THAT WAS ALSO DAMAGED. DRIVER OF UNIT ONE WAS SUSPECTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, HE REFUSED MEDICAL ATTENTION AND DID NOT DISPLAY ANY VISIBLE INJURIES. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS ISSUED MULTIPLE CITATIONS. FORTUNATELY, THE OWNER OF THE PARKED VEHICLE WAS ALREADY AWARE AFTER HEARING THE LOUD NOISE AND WAS PROVIDED NECESSARY INFORMATION. BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

0346 - NOISE COMPLAINT – 8300 BLOCK VERONA DR - OFFICERS WERE TIED UP ON OTHER INCIDENTS, P.G.P.D. RESPONDED TO THE AREA AND STATED IT WAS QUIET. NO REPORT.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
