0648 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0950 hrs., Domestic / 5400 block 85th Avenue, Police communications canceled officers while en route. However, officers proceeded and attempted to make contact with the caller at the address which yielded negative results. Subsequently, officers made contact with the caller via telephone, who stated she no longer required police services and she had already left the area — no report.  
1005 hrs., Accident / Annapolis Road & Riverdale Road (intersection),  Two-car accident, with minor property damages only, no injuries reported and information exchanged. No report. 
1055 hrs., Check welfare / Ellen Road & Hawkins road, Police communications advised of a male down on the sidewalk.  Officers responded and observed the suspect laying on the ground breathing and moving around. The suspect is familiar with NCPD from prior contacts, and under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, while conducting a Terry Frisk, officers recovered a firearm. Prince Georges' County Ambulance along with PGPD responded and took custody of the suspect, handled by Prince George’s County. No report.
1315 hrs., Lost Property / Annapolis Road & Riverdale Road; Caller reported he lost his rear registration plate while driving on route 50, it fell off. The caller was advised, no report. 
1358 hrs., Fraud Report / 6600 block Adrian Street, Police communications advised The caller wanted to report excessive charges on her Comcast Bill; however, due to a language barrier, the caller said she would call back once her sister arrived home so she can tell the incident for her. No report.
1448 Hrs., Fraud / Annapolis Road and Riverdale Road (Intersection), Police dispatch stated the caller wanted to report fraudulent activity on her account, and she was standing and waiting in front of a "gold building" at this location. Officers responded and canvassed the area with nothing found, officers stopped and asked serval citizens in the area if they called the police, which everyone declined doing so. Several attempts made to make contact, with the phone number provided but produced negative results — no report.
1506 hrs., Theft from Auto / 8300 block Nicholson Street, The caller cancel police services because she discovered nothing was stolen from her vehicle, no theft verified. No report.  
1542 hrs., Disorderly / 7700 block Riverdale Road, Store Manager, reported a male suspect outside in front of the business panhandling. Officers responded and found nothing, a canvass of the area revealed negative results — no report.
1600 hrs., Commercial Hold Up Alarm / 7500 block Annapolis Road / PGPD were unavailable, and Police Dispatch requested assistance. Officers responded and met with the Branch manager who advised everything is ok, and they were having Technical difficulties with their alarm system — no report. 
1615 hrs., Assist / Cooper Lane & Annapolis Road, PGPD requested any unit with a rifle for a possible arm suspect. Officers responded, however; the call downgraded to unarmed person, and dispatch canceled officers on the scene — no report. 
1649 hrs., Vehicle Release / 6016 Princess Garden Parkway, The citizen was assisted with her release and advised. No report.
1745 hrs., Disorderly / 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive, Prince George's County Fire Department on scene requested assistance because one of the residents continue to pull the fire alarm causing them to respond. Handled by NC-10 series.      
1801 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER P.G.F.D. COMPLAINED A RESIDENT CONTINUED TO PULL THE FIRE  ALARM TO SUMMON EMERGENCY SERVICES.  THE INDIVIDUAL HAS A HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND WAS TAKEN BY P.G.F.D. TO P.G.H. FOR A VOLUNTARY E.P.S. EARLIER IN THE DAY.  

1845 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1914 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE FOODWAY FOR A CUSTOMER DISPUTE WITH T/A MANAGEMENT.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER WHO REPORTED BUYING A TURKEY FOR THE HOLIDAYS WHICH SHE PARTIALLY COOKED, AND BROUGHT BACK FOR A REFUND CLAIMING IT WAS SPOILED.  BOTH PARTIES WERE MET, ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS CIVIL AND REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

2003 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2042 HOURS- ARMED PERSON- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED 2 ARMED MEN WALKED UP BEHIND HIM AT HIS RESIDENCE; THE SUSPECTS DID NOT DEMAND ANYTHING FROM THE CALLER, NEVER MADE ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE, DID NOT TAKE THE CALLERS PROPERTY, AND FLED THE AREA AFTER THE CALLER ENTERED HIS RESIDENCE.  REPORT WRITTEN

2057 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS ON THE PREVIOUS CALL OBSERVED A MALE MATCHING THE DESCRIPTION OF ONE OF THE SUSPECTS ENTER A VEHICLE AND LEAVE THE AREA.  THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED, THE MALE WAS IDENTIFIED, SEARCHED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

2151 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7400 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2221 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HAVING A DOMESTIC DISPUTE WITH HIS WIFE.  THE CALLER REQUESTED OFFICERS INSTRUCT HIS WIFE TO OBEY HIS INSTRUCTIONS AS SHE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO HIM; BOTH WERE MET AND ADVISED TO SEEK MARITAL COUNSELING.  NO DOMESTIC.

2313 HOURS- MISSING PERSON- 7200 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED  TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HIS WIFE AND 3 CHILDREN LEFT TWO DAYS PRIOR AND REFUSED TO RETURN HOME.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE CALLER SPOKE WITH HIS WIFE JUST PRIOR TO CALLING POLICE, THE WIFE HAD AN ACTIVE PROTECTIVE ORDER AGAINST THE CALLER, AND THE ISSUE REVOLVED AROUND AN ON-GOING CUSTODY DISPUTE.  NO MISSING, CIVIL DISPUTE.

2337 HOURS- ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AT THE REQUEST OF P.G.P.D. "J" SECTOR TO ATTEMPT TO LOCATE A MALE WHOSE EX-WIFE WANTED A WELFARE CHECK ON THEIR CHILDREN.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO STATED THE MALE IN QUESTION NO LONGER RESIDES AT THE LOCATION.  P.G.P.D. WAS ADVISED.

0102 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- HARLAND/SARA ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN ANONYMOUS CALLER COMPLAINED OF A LOUD PARTY.  OFFICERS MET THE HOMEOWNER, WHO WAS THEN ADVISED TO TURN THE MUSIC OFF AND ENDED THE PARTY FOR THE EVENING.

0223 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0315 HOURS-  SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7700 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A JUVENILE FEMALE WALKING ON THE SIDEWALK AT THE LOCATION.  THE FEMALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, AND SUBSEQUENTLY HER JUVENILE BOYFRIEND WAS LOCATED IN THE AREA.  BOTH WERE CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS RESPONDED TO SCENE AND SIGN THE JUVENILE RELEASE FORMS. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
