0655 hrs., 5200 block 85th Ave/ Check on the welfare, caller
stated a male was passed out in the building entrance. Officers arrived
to find a male lying on the ground. Officers woke him and checked to see if he
needed medical assistance. Male stated he just did not feel good and sat
down and fell asleep. Officers confirmed he lived in the building and
made sure he got safely to his apartment.

Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.
0915 hrs.,
Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.
0925 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Domestic (physical), Officers
arrived to find a female in her vehicle in the parking lot with visible
injuries. She stated the injuries came from her husband who tracked her
down there and refused to let her leave until he talked to her. When she
did not want to talk he began to strike her causing injury. The male half
left the area prior to Officers arrival. Female was provided with all of
the information she needed for a protective order, she refused fire board, and
NC2 was notified. Officers will follow up. REPORT WRITTEN
1030-1310 hrs., Officers assisted with the Animal vaccine clinic
that was being held inside of City Hall, all cleared without incident, bigger
turnout than expected.
1155 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Noise complaint, caller was
upset because the kids living above him were jumping and making too much
noise. Officers spoke to the parents of the children, however the
children are small and do not quite understand. The parents advised they
would do the best they can to keep the noise level down.

without incident.

1330 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop
cleared without incident.
1420 hrs.,
School check/ Margaret Brent Special School, check clear.
1503 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Noise complaint (Return Call),
this time the caller wanted to speak to Officers. Officers advised the
caller the children were small and young in age. Caller was advised to
seek mediation with the Property Manager or speak to him about a possible
solution to make all parties happy.
1531 hrs., 7600 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared
without incident.
1607 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Lock out, caller stated his roommate
locked him out of the building and the apartment. Officers arrived at the
location and spoke with the caller who stated he had been living in the
apartment for two months and wanted us to let him in because the roommate
should be home and he cannot get in. Officers checked the Maryland Stated
identification of the caller and the address was not listed on it. We
made several attempts to speak to the roommate but ended with negative
results. The caller was advised we could not let him in and he would have
to leave the property until he could get in touch with the roommate to let him
in.

without incident.

block 85th Ave / stepson stabbed his stepfather in the back causing non-life
threatening injuries. The suspect fled on foot between buildings. K9 responded,
but did not deploy due to it being domestic. The victim was transported to the
hospital by EMS. NCPD CID was notified and responded to the scene. REPORT
