0603 hrs., Accident, Powhatan Street & Lamont Drive (intersection), Two vehicles involved an accident, no injuries reported, minor property damages and information exchanged. No report.
0705 hrs., Premise Check  / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.   
0920 hrs., Suspicious Occupied Vehicle, 6500 Block of Lamont Place, A unknown caller reported a black unknown model vehicle, with three occupants parked at the end of roadway acting suspiciously. Officers arrived and located nothing, a canvass of the area revealed negative results. No report. 
1010 Hrs., Theft From Auto / 5700 block 84th Avenue, The Caller, reported an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole property, however, the incident occurred in another jurisdiction. The caller was advised to contact the appropriate agency. No report.  
1020 Hrs., Fraud / 8400 block Annapolis Road / The Caller reported the incident occurred in another jurisdiction, and she was advised to contact the appropriate authorities. No report.
1200 Hrs., Station Call / Fraud / 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy, The Caller, reported she received a letter from the Credit Bureau, indicating someone opened a Bestbuy account in her name with an outstanding balance. The caller stated she required a report so that Credit Bureau can investigate her case. REPORT WRITTEN
1350 Hrs., Hit & Run / 8100 Annapolis Road / Caller reported a Tow Truck struck her parked vehicle and failed to remain on the scene. No injuries reported and minor property damage. REPORT WRITTEN
1500 Hrs., Lost Property/Station Call / 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy, Caller stated he lost his front registration plate, and he required a report to submit to the MVA. However, the incident occurred in Montgomery County, Maryland. The caller stated while traveling on Interstate 495, he researched the nearest police department on his cell phone, which led to him to NCPD. The caller was instructed to return home and call the appropriate agency. No report.    
1521 Hrs., Assault / 5300 block 85th Avenue / No assault occurred, the caller said the dispute was with her brother over the cleanliness of the home. Both parties were counseled & advised, and the dispute settled. The caller refused further services, no report.    
1630 hrs., Disabled Motorist / 8600 Block of Annapolis Road, Vehicle disabled in the roadway due to technical issues. Officers remained on scene for traffic safety until private towing arrived on scene to remove the vehicle. No report. 
1651 Hrs., Disabled Motorist / 9000 Block of Annapolis Road, Vehicle disabled in the roadway, due to gas. Officers assisted and moved the vehicle into a nearby emergency lane. No report.  
1849 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1907 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1915 HOURS- ASSIST MOTORIST- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A VEHICLE DISABLED IN THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CONDUCTED TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED BY THE OWNER AND THE ROADWAY CLEARED.

1924 HOURS- OVERDOSE- 6100 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A TEENAGE FEMALE TOOK MEDICATION AND EXPERIENCED NEGATIVE SIDE-EFFECTS.  P.G.F.D. RESPONDED TO SCENE, DETERMINED THE FEMALE WAS NOT IN IMMEDIATE DANGER, THERE WAS NO OVERDOSE, AND UPON THE CALLERS REQUEST, THE TEENAGER WAS TRANSPORTED TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL.

2021 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL-  ALL CLEAR.

2124 HOURS- ALARM- 8100 BLOCK POWHATAN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION FROM AN INTERIOR MOTION SENSOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM; F.A.R.U. PROVIDED.

2140 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE SCENE, WHERE BOTH DRIVERS ADVISED THE HAD ALREADY EXCHANGED INFORMATION AND NO LONGER REQUIRED POLICE SERVICES.

2226 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 6100 BLOCK  85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A VEHICLE PARKED AT THE LOCATION WITH NO VISIBLE REGISTRATION, MULTIPLE PARKING CITATIONS, AND A TOW NOTIFICATION STICKER.  THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPORTED STOLEN, HAD NO RECORD OF REGISTRATION TRI-STATE, AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED FOR SAFEKEEPING BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

0021 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS FEMALE ASLEEP IN FRONT OF THE LOCATION.  THE FEMALE WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED, AND UPON HER REQUEST, TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. BY P.G.F.D. FOR MEDICAL EVALUATION. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into.
