0550 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Dispute, caller stated she and her boyfriend were in an argument and he took her phone and keys to her vehicle.  Upon arrival Officers spoke to both parties male half stated he was upset over the female half having surgery without him knowing and claimed she was going to call the police to have him taken to jail.  The female half stated the male wanted to be intimate and she did not want to so he pulled her hair, hid her keys, and took her phone so she could not call the police.  The female had the phone and the keys when Officers arrived, other than arguing there were no signs of any other incident that took place.  Both parties were advised and the female half was given the option to leave while officers were there but she refused.

0615 hrs., Return call for the above address/ Caller advised she was not happy with the answer Officers gave her so she wanted them back out.  Upon arrival caller stated the male half was not letting her leave, even though she had all the children in the vehicle and ready to go.  She was standing outside of the vehicle yelling at the male who was sitting on the sidewalk, she had the opportunity again to leave but refused until she was done arguing with the male half.  Officers advised her to again go to the Commissioner’s Office and leave at this time since she was in the car and had what items she needed.  Finally after still arguing with the male half, she left the area. 0850 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0930 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

1015 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

1045 hrs., Business check/ Shoppers (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1135 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, (Foot Patrol watched the kids playing in their football games), check clear.

1211 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Hit and Run, caller stated he parked his vehicle in the parking lot last night and when he came out this morning there was a dent in the vehicle.  While Officers were speaking to the caller he decided he did not want to file a report. With no information, he felt it would not help. He would just call his insurance company.

1245 hrs., Metro Station/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a critical missing person.  They believed she may have been going to the metro station. Officers check with negative results.  Prince George's County Offices did locate her at a business further up on Annapolis Rd.

1320 hrs., Family Dollar/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a theft.  All their units were busy on another missing person and asked for assistance in checking on the theft.  Officers arrived and talked to the manager who stated there was a female who they believed put items in her purse.  A Prince George's County Officer was free from the missing and came to the business to complete the incident.  Handled by Prince George's County Police.

1400 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1425 hrs., Annapolis Rd and 85th Ave/ Accident, two vehicles were involved in a minor accident.  No parties on scene claimed injury and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.  Information was exchanged between parties by Officers.

1450 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

1511 hrs., 8300 block Quentin St/ Assault, caller stated she and her cousin were in a physical altercation.  Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the caller, who had minor injuries, and advised her of what action she needed to take.  We then spoke to the cousin who stated they were arguing and he got upset with her and they began to fight, claiming both were involved in the altercation.  Officers, after speaking to the caller, discovered the caller does not live at that location; she came to visit her Grandmother. Due to the altercation not occurring in the presence of Officers both parties were advised. REPORT WRITTEN

1524 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Accident, two vehicles were involved in a disabling vehicle accident.  One vehicle had to be towed from the scene (caller already had the tow en-route prior to Officers arrival.)  The second vehicle was able to be driven from the scene and no parties claimed injury. REPORT WRITTEN

1630 hrs., 85th Ave and Legation Rd/ Suspicious vehicle unoccupied, caller stated there was a white vehicle parked at the corner and they felt it was abandoned.  Officers ran the tag, which was legal and legally parked, and located the owner.  Owner was visiting a friend and parked the vehicle on the street legally.  

1705 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1824 Disabled Vehicle/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / driver was waiting on the tow truck. Flares were deployed

1840 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

1940 Loud Music/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd / resident complained of a loud party. Officer's spoke with the resident who lowered the music

2010 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / area was clear

2126 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual 

2145 Fraud/ 5400 block 85th Ave / the suspect is known to the victim and used the victims SSN to apply for employment with Amazon. REPORT WRITTEN

2220 Noise Complaint/ 5800 block Runford Dr. / resident had guest over. They were advised and lowered the speaker

2300 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / area was clear

2326 Assist/ 7500 block Annapolis Rd / suspect jumped in the victim's vehicle. 

0020 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / area was clear, security was on the premises

0050 Party Complaint/ 8300 block Larchwood St / neighbor called in reference to music from this residence. Officer made contact with the resident who lowered the music 

0105 Disorderly/ 6400 block 84th Ave / male was sitting on the sidewalk with no shirt. Officer's made contact with the male who was intoxicated but on his property. The male did not meet the criteria for an EPS

0120 Loud Music/ 8300 block Verona Dr. / a neighbor called in reference to the music from this house. Officer's made contact with the resident who lowered the music.

0135 Disorderly/ 6400 block 84th Ave / a return call for the intoxicated male. The male agreed to stop yelling and was advised he would be arrested and charge accordingly

0207 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / the complainant advised a male broke the T.V. earlier in the day. 

0300 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / area was clear

0400 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / area was clear

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was GOA.  No Report 1134 Hours -Theft- 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for theft. The theft suspect fled on foot and was apprehended with the merchandise in his possession. The suspect was transported to the Department of Corrections for presentation of cha
