0620 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.


0715 HOURS- VANDALISM- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE - THE CALLER STATED THAT SHE WOKE UP AND OBSERVED A BULLET HOLE IN HER CEILING. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENTS ON THE UNIT ABOVE AT WHICH TIME WHEN CHECKING FOR VICTIMS A HANDGUN WAS OBSERVED IN PLAIN VIEW. THE OWNER ADMITTED TO DISCHARGING HIS GUN. OFFICERS PLACED THE HANDGUN OWNER UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN


1658 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 6500 BLOCK FAIRBANKS ST- CALLER ADVISED HER PARKED VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY A VEHICLE. CALLER ADVISED THAT THE DRIVER FAILED TO REMAIN ON SCENE, HOWEVER, SHE WAS ABLE TO GET A TAG NUMBER. AN ACCIDENT REPORT WAS GENERATED. REPORT WRITTEN

1900 HOURS-Family Dispute-7700 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers while on patrol observed two MSP troopers with their lights on parked at this location. Officers went to check on the troopers and found that they were dealing with a family dispute that originated on 495. Officers provided the female with case numbers and information to gain assistance through the district court commissioner. NO REPORT

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
