0829 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK - 6000 BLOCK 89TH AVE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MALE SUBJECT WHO STATED HE WAS HEARING VOICES IN HIS HEAD. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HE WAS HEARING VOICES, THE CALLER STATED HE WASN'T HOMICIDAL OR SUICIDAL AND REFUSED POLICE SERVICES. NO REPORT

 

0920 HOURS- MALICIOUS BURNING 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MALE SUBJECT SETTING SEVERAL SMALL FIRES IN THE TREE LINE OF THE LISTED LOCATION. ONCE ON SCENE OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE SUBJECT AND PLACED HIM UNDER ARREST, TRANSPORTING HIM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1143 HOURS- SEXUAL ASSAULT- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A SEXUAL ASSAULT. ONCE ON SCENE OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SHE WAS DRAGGED OUT OF HER RESIDENCE AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED IN A VEHICLE BY A MALE SUBJECT. CID SEX WAS NOTIFIED AND THE CALLER WAS TRANSPORTED TO CID FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION, NC4 WAS CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1257 HOURS- INJURED PERSON- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A FEMALE SUBJECT WHO SLIPPED ON THE STEPS IN HER BUILDING. OFFICERS CALLED FOR EMS WHO HANDLED THE INCIDENT. NO REPORT

1737 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DOMESTIC DISPUTE, OFFICERS ARRIVED ON THE SCENE AND FOUND THAT THE FEMALE SUBJECT WANTED OFFICERS TO STANDBY. OFFICERS ADVISED THE CALLER TO CONTACT THE SHERIFF OFFICE.  NO REPORT 

 

1855 HOURS-Property Damage-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for PGFD forcing entry into a residence. PGFD forced entry into a residence due to a pot smoking on the stove. There was no fire, nor smoke damage to the residence or building. The residence was secured by maintenance. REPORT WRITTEN

 

2032 HOURS-Premise Check-5200-5400 block 85th Ave.-Officers conducted a check of this area for any criminal activity. NO REPORT

 

2041 HOURS-Traffic Stop-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers observed a traffic infraction. The driver was stopped and citations were issued. NO REPORT

 

2121 HOURS-Accident-5800 block Legation Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a two-vehicle accident. One vehicle was disabled as a result of the accident. The disabled vehicle was towed away and both parties were advised of what actions to take. ACRS/REPORT WRITTEN

 

2148 HOURS-Family Dispute-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a domestic disturbance. It was found that the disturbance was between a sister and brother due to the brother's relationship recently ending. The sister only wished for the brother to leave. The brother was escorted out and sent on his way. NO REPORT

 

2208 HOURS-Subject Stop-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- The male from the previous call returned to the location after being told to leave. Due to the male being highly intoxicated and disorderly, he was detained. The male was then transported to his residence and released to a family member. REPORT WRITTEN

 

2221 HOURS-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded back to this location for a report of a female calling and whispering, not providing many details. Officers met with the caller who was downstairs and stated she needed a ride home. The female was advised to contact a cab. NO REPORT

0242 HOURS-Subject Stop-8300 block Quintana St.- Officers, while patrolling the area, observed two persons sitting on the school property. The subjects were stopped and found to be juveniles. The juveniles were advised of curfew and school and park closing times. The juveniles were released to their respective guardians. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
