1334 HOURS - SEXUAL ASSAULT 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A SEXUAL ASSAULT INVOLVING A MINOR. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER AND STATED SHE WAS ADVISED BY HER CHILD'S SCHOOL OF AN INCIDENT THAT HAD OCCURRED INSIDE HER RESIDENCE. OFFICERS OBTAINED ALL INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE A REPORT. LT. LYEW WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1907 HOURS-Trespassing-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a homeless male sleeping in the laundry room. The male left prior to officers' arrival. NO REPORT

 

1918 HOURS-Premise Check-7700 block Riverdale Rd.-Officers conducted a check of this location for any issues. NO REPORT

 

1932 HOURS-Sounds of Gunshots-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of sounds of gunshots. Officers spoke with several citizens in the area, all of whom provided different locations as to where the gunshots occurred. Officers were also advised of a caller who was in D-sector who believed she was the target of the gunfire. Due to lack of a crime scene, or lack of physical evidence that she was the actual target of the gunfire, and multiple different accounts as to the location of the gunfire, officers could not say with certainty where the gunshots were coming from. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1947 HOURS-Check Welfare-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male who called his alarm company and did not respond when they attempted to call back. Officers attempted to locate the male with negative results. The current residents stated he has not lived there for months. The alarm company was advised. NO REPORT

 

2014 HOURS-Accident-7600 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers while on patrol were flagged down for an accident. Upon conducting the information exchange, it was found that one of the drivers was underage and only possessed a learner's permit. The juvenile was issued citations and released to a guardian. REPORT WRITTEN

 

2242 HOURS-Commercial Alarm-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of the alarm being activated. Officers conducted a walkthrough of the establishment with the manager and confirmed no persons entered the establishment. NO REPORT

 

2340 HOURS-Premise Check-8100 block Annapolis Rd.-Officers conducted a check of this location for any issues. NO REPORT

 

2346 HOURS-Suspicious Occupied Vehicle-7100 block Good Luck Rd.- Officers while on patrol observed an occupied vehicle on school property after hours. The passengers were removed from the vehicle and it was found that the driver was a juvenile. The juvenile was released to a guardian and both were advised on trespassing laws. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
