0921 hrs., 711/ Disorderly, caller stated a male placed a bag next to his vehicle.  When the caller attempted to exit his vehicle the bag was in the way and the male began to yell at him.  The caller continued to walk into the store and the male still yelled.  Officers arrived and checked the area but could not locate the male.  Officers spoke to the caller who gave a direction of travel for the male.  No Report.

1016 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Civil matter, caller stated he loaned money to a friend and she refused to pay it back.  Officers arrived to speak to both parties, the caller wanted officers to make her sign a paper to promise to return the money by a certain date and time.  Officers advised they could not do that and it was a civil matter and how to handle it.  No Report.

 

1027 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly, caller (employee) stated there was a male there bothering customers.  Officers looked and the male was gone prior to arrival.  No Report.

 

1040 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly, officers observed a male playing music loudly and opening the door for customers.  He was advised there was no loitering.  He said he was just holding the door to get money from people, again he was advised and sent on his way.  No Report.

1130 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

 

1210 hrs., Premise check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

 

1250 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Unknown trouble, caller sounded out of breath and said send the police.  Officers arrived and were unable to locate the female, she was walking around but did not flag officers down.  She stated the male half was yelling at her and she wanted him to leave.  She was advised yesterday to seek the assistance of the Commissioner and she stated she could not do to her kids being sick. Caller became irate and stated she did not want our help, very uncooperative. She was again advised No Report.

1615 hrs., Good Luck Rd at Auburn Ave/ Vehicle accident, caller stated there was a minor vehicle accident with another vehicle.  Officers arrived and exchanged information between parties with no claims of injury on scene.  No Report.

1835 - Premise Check – 8400 block Annapolis Road. Check clear. No report. 

 

1920 - Assist Fire - Annapolis Road and Ardwick-Ardmore Road. Officers were sent to help with directing traffic for the gas break from earlier in the day. No report. 

 

2001 - Residential Alarm – 5800 block Westbrook Drive. Officers were dispatched to the location for an alarm going off. Officers cleared the house and found it secure. No report. 

 

2017 - Disorderly – 7600 block Riverdale Road. Officers were dispatched to the location for a fight between father and son, both of whom were adults. The son had left the location prior to officer’s arrival. Explained how to obtain a protective order and file charges to the father if he wanted to do so. No report. 

 

2019 - Disorderly – 8400 block Carrollton Parkway. Officers were dispatched to the location for an argument between roommates over food. Officers spoke to both parties and they agreed to separate and not eat food that didn't have their name on the label. No report. 

 

2017 - Disorderly – 7600 block Riverdale Road. Officers were dispatched to the location for a fight between father and son, both of whom were adults. The son had left the location prior to officers arrival. Explained how to obtain a protective order and file charges to the father if he wanted to do so. No report. 

 

2124 - Break-in In Progress – 6000 block 89th Avenue. Officers were dispatched to the location for someone breaking into the basement of the house through the side door. Officers arrived on scene and checked the house via interior and exterior and found everything secure. No report.

2304 - Theft From Auto/Lost Property – 7600 block Riverdale Road. Caller stated that he believed someone stole his wallet from his vehicle. Caller stated that when he went outside, he saw his wallet on the ground and wasn't sure how it got there. There was no damage to the caller's vehicle and he stated that it was locked. Unable to verify if a crime occurred. All items were found in the caller's wallet. No report. 

 

2353 - Loud Music Complaint – 5300 block 85th Avenue. Caller complained of loud music in the apartment building. Officers drove through and heard no loud music. No report. 

 

0041 - Suspicious Person - Riverdale Road and Mahoney Drive. Caller stated that someone in a black Jeep had followed them and jumped out of the Jeep and was hiding in the bushes. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. No report.
