0600 - Domestic- 8300 block Legation Rd. The caller advised her husband struck her. Once on scene officers found the caller sleep in the yard intoxicated. Officer assisted get the women in the house. No report

 

0630 - Traffic- Annapolis Rd./ Riverdale Rd. Officers observed a traffic and issued the appropriate citation. No report

 

0739-Assist- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. PGSO requested back-up on a paper service. Not served.

 

0830- Domestic- 5300 block 85th Ave. The caller advised her boyfriend struck her because she was smoking. Officers observed injuries to the callers face. The boyfriend was transported to Upper Marlboro CDC where he was charged. Report 21-0055136

 

0930 - Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

1040- Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. The caller advised a female was outside the T/A bothering customers. The female refused to leave when officer got on scene. She was transported to Upper Marlboro CDC where she was charged. Report written

 

1134- Stolen vehicle-  5400 block 85th Ave.  The caller advised their vehicle was missing. The vehicle was towed. No report

 

1226/1700- Death report- 5900 block Montana St. The elderly decedent passed away in her sleep. NC 2,3 and 4 notified. Report written

 

1412- Suspicious Person- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. The caller advised of a female sleeping in the laundry room. The female was sent on her way. No report 

 

1530- Premise Check- 5800 block of Westbrook Dr. Checked clear

 

1630- Suspicious person- 85th Ave. The caller advised of a male sleep in the laundry room. The male was sent on his way. No report 

 

1742 hours - Disorderly - 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive: The unknown caller stated that they observed two or three juveniles going behind the building. Officers responded to the location but they were GOA. No report  

 

1825 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT

2023 hours - Theft from auto - 7600 block Topton Street: The caller stated that someone ransacked his vehicle last night. Officers responded to the location and advised the caller. No report

0304 hours - Theft - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that a male walked behind the counter, grabbed cigarettes, mask and left in a vehicle. Officers responded to the location and advised the caller. Report generated

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
