Rd. Officers responded to the scene where the driver of Unit-1 lost control of
his vehicle and left the roadway striking a tree. Due to the impact of the
collision the driver and his front seat passenger were pronounced deceased at
the scene. The rear passenger was transported to a local hospital for non-life
threatening injuries. Accident reconstruction units arrived on scene and
conducted their investigation. NCPD three was notified of the incident. No
