0632 Hours-Commercial Alarm- 7400 block Riverdale Rd- Accidental by Employee

 

0713 Hours- Theft from auto- 8100 block Powhatan St- Officers responded out and took a theft from auto report. Report written

 

0914 Hours- Theft from auto- 5700 block 85Th Ave- Officers responded out for a theft from auto the caller reported nothing was missing from the vehicle but wanted the police to know. the caller refused police services.

 

0928 Hours-Res Alarm- 6100 block Lamont Dr- Officers responded out for an alarm. Officers checked all doors and windows. Unknown reason for activation. 

 

0943 Hours- theft from auto- 8400 block Longfellow St- Officers responded out for a theft from auto the caller reported she didn't believe anything was missing and refused police services 

 

0955 Hours- Commercial Alarm-5300 block 85th ave- Accidental by Employee

 

1007 Hours- Theft from auto- 7600 block Fountainebleu Dr- Officers responded out for a theft from auto the caller reported she didn't believe anything was missing except a small amount of cash. the caller wanted to notify the police but did not want to make a report.

 

1012 Hours- Domestic- 5300 block 85th Ave D8- Officers responded out for a domestic with weapons upon arrival it was discovered the incident occurred in Suitland. the proper jurisdiction responded out and took the report.  

 

1017 Hours- Theft from auto- 8400 block Longfellow St.- Officers responded back out because the caller noticed her checkbook had been missing when she thoroughly checked her vehicle. Officers responded out and took the report and processed the scene.  

 

1028 Hours- Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out for a noisy group in front of the TA the subjects were advised and SOW.

 

1210 Hours- Res Alarm- 7800 block Powhatan St- Officers responded out for an alarm, Upon arrival officers met the homeowner who advised their alarm was malfunctioning.

 

1258 Hours- Disorderly- 7700 block Riverdale Rd- Officers responded out for two subjects fighting over a parking space. both subjects were GOA.

 

1300 Hours- Vandalism- 5700 block Harland St- Officers responded out for vandalism to auto. the owner reported the vehicle was located outside of the jurisdiction. the caller was advised. 

 

1422 Hours- Hit & Run- 7700 block Riverdale Rd- The caller left the scene prior to officer's arrival.

 

1429 Hours- welfare check- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers located the subject who was in good health. the caller was advised. 

 

1438 Hours- theft from auto- 8100 block Powhatan st- Officers responded out for a theft from auto the caller reported nothing was missing from the vehicle but wanted the police to know. the caller refused police services. 

 

1541 Hours- Sig 9- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out and assisted citizens with an information exchange.

 

1701 Hours- Theft -5400 block 85Th Ave- Officers responded out for a package that was delivered to the wrong door. officers were able to retrieve the package from the neighbor and return it to the owner 

 

1813 Hrs. Welfare Check 6200 block 86th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location to check on the children and their father because the mothers phone calls were unanswered. Officers made contact with the father at the residence and all was well. No Report

 

1842 Hrs. Disorderly 5200 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject sleeping in the building. Upon officer’s arrival the male subject was GOA. No Report

 

1917 Hrs. Premise Check 5200-5400 Block of 85th Ave. Check Clear.

 

2004 Hrs. Loud Music Complaint. Carrollton Pkwy & 85th Pl. Officers respond to the listed area for loud music. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. No Report

 

2132 Hrs. Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Check Clear.

 

2222 Hrs. Hit & Run 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a hit and run accident. Upon arrival officers made contact with the caller who stated they had been involved in an accident in Riverdale Md. Officers contacted PG Police who handled the incident. No Report

 

 

2329 Hrs. Party Complaint 5900 block Westbrook Ter. Officers responded to the listed location for a party.

 

0029 Hrs. Premise Check 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Check Clear

 

0120 Hrs. Domestic Dispute 5300 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location met with the caller who stated his ex-girlfriend keeps calling and harassing him. Officers advised the caller to seek assistance through the District Court Commissioner. No Report

 

0130 Hrs. Fatal Accident 7500 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the scene where the driver of Unit-1 lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway striking a tree. Due to the impact of the collision the driver and his front seat passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene. The rear passenger was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Accident reconstruction units arrived on scene and conducted their investigation. NCPD three was notified of the incident. No Report

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
