family members receiving distress text messages. officers were able to
make contact with the subject who reported he accidentally sent the text
messages.

were unable to locate the vehicle.

contact with both subjects. both subjects refused police services and

Officers responded out for a hit and run. it was discovered the incident
occurred approximately 1 week ago at a different location. the caller was
advised.

Officers responded to the listed location for two male subjects who had an
altercation. One of the male subjects suffered from a mental condition and
stated he was off his meds and wanted to go to the hospital. The second male
subject fled because he stated he was scared of the police. Once he was stopped
he advised what happened during the incident. He was advised and released without further

Officers responded to a two vehicle accident. Once on scene officers were
unable to locate either vehicle. Attempts to contact the caller were
unsuccessful. No Report
2154 Hrs. Vehicle Tampering 8300 block Verona
Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject walking near a
parked vehicle as the alarm sounded. The owner of the vehicle stated his
vehicle was ok and nothing had been taken. The owner stated he didn't see
anyone but a neighbor told him a male subject had run down the
street. No Report
2209 Hrs. CDS Complaint 7600 block Riverdale
Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject smoking in the
laundry room. Once on scene officers located a male subject sleeping on top of
the washing machines. Officers identified the male and conducted a warrant
check. Police Communication advised the male subject was open through PG
Sheriff's Office. The male subject was transported to the Department of
Correction for processing. It was later discovered by the NCPD supervisor that
the male subject no longer had a warrant, the male subject was then
transported back and released without incident. Report Written
