0645 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. No report       

 0750 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report   

0840 hours - Premise Check - 7700 & 7800 block of Riverdale Road: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which observed. No report 

0905 hours - Theft from auto - 8500 block Annapolis Road: The unknown caller stated that at that location the theft from auto is in progress. Officers responded to the location and did not observe any signs of theft from auto and no one was inside the vehicle. No report 

0929 hours - Stolen auto – 7800 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that he parked his vehicle in the parking lot last night and it’s not there now. Officers responded to the location and discovered that the vehicle was impounded by the apartment towing company. No report 

1030 hours - Premise Check - 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report  

1140 hours - Premise check - 5800 block of Mentana Street: All clear    

1224 hrs., Premise Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.   

1329 hours - Parking complaint – 6100 block 84th Avenue: Officers responded to the location for a parking complaint. Upon further investigation it was revealed that the tag belongs to a different vehicle and displayed on a different vehicle. The rear tag was removed from the vehicle and the vehicle was impounded. Report generated

1545 hrs., Premise Check/ CVS Pharmacy, check clear.

1625 hrs., Premise Check/ New Carrollton Pool, check clear.   

1736 hours - Non contact shooting - 5800 block of Mentana Street: Communications advised that they received several calls for shooting in the area. Officers responded to the location and observed several bullet casing on the scene. Night shift took over the incident. 

1736 HOURS- NON CONTACT SHOOTING- 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR A NON CONTACT SHOOTING TWO VEHICLES WERE STRUCK AND ONE HOUSE WAS STRUCK- OFFICERS LOCATED MULTIPLE BULLETS AND SHELL CASINGS IN THE 5800 BLOCK OF MENTANA ST. PG COUNTY FORENSICS RESPONDED OUT AND ASSISTED IN COLLECTING EVIDENCE AND PHOTOGRAPHING THE SCENE. NCPD 3 WAS NOTIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN

0520 HOURS- ASSIST COUNTY POLICE- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND ASSISTED COUNTY POLICE WITH A HIT AND RUN THAT OCCURRED IN THE 9000 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
