Elaine Drive: DC Communications advised that the person at this location made
suicidal threats. Officers responded to the location, no response at the door.
The lights inside the apartment were off. Officers checked with the neighbors
and they stated that they have not seen him for almost a week.
Officers checked the parking lot for his vehicle and yielded negative results.
Officers contacted the emergency maintenance, made entry into the residence
yielded negative results. The caller was advised. No report

VEHICLES PARKED AT WILDERCROFT PARK. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO DETERMINE A LARGE
PARTY WAS BEING HELD AT THIS RESIDENCE DUE TO OFFICERS PREVIOUSLY DEALING WITH
THE HOME OWNER AND ADVISING HER OF THE GOVERNORS ORDERS. OFFICERS CLEARED THE
PARTY AND ISSUED THE HOME OWNER A CITATION FOR VIOLATING THE GOVERNOR’S ORDERS.
