0735 HOURS-Accident-6900 block Good Luck Road- Officers responded to this location for a report of a vehicle accident. It was found that the accident occurred on the Prince George's County side of the roadway. Prince George’s County Police officers arrived on scene and took all responsibility for the accident. NO REPORT

 

0754 HOURS-Accident-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a two-vehicle accident that caused both vehicles to be disabled. It was found that unit 1 struck unit 2 which was parked. All information was exchanged and both vehicles were impounded. REPORT/ACRS WRITTEN

1243 HOURS-MPS-Annapolis Rd. @ Veterans Pkwy- Officers responded to this location for a road rage incident. Officers spoke with the caller who stated while at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Annapolis Road, another driver exited their vehicle and damaged the caller's vehicle using an unknown object. The damage was documented and the caller was advised to contact her insurance company to get the damage repaired. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1257 HOURS-Landlord Tenant-5500 block Karen Elaine Dr.- Officers were dispatched to this location for a landlord tenant dispute involving property. Officers contacted the caller who stated she needed to gather multiple items from the residence to include furniture. The caller was advised to contact the Prince George's County Sheriff's Department to schedule a standby. NO REPORT

 

1310 HOURS-EPS-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a female having thoughts of harming herself. Officers made contact with the female who stated she wanted to go to the hospital to get help. The female was asked if she would be willing to go to the hospital voluntarily, to which the female stated she would. The female was transported to a local hospital by a Prince George's County Ambulance for treatment. NO REPORT

 

1320 HOURS-Accident-Harkins Rd. @ Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for an accident. It was found that the accident occurred on Harkins Road. The incident was turned over to the Prince George's County Police Department. NO REPORT

 

1330 HOURS-Family Dispute-5400 block 85th Ave. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. It was found that the mother and her adult son were having a dispute regarding the son's drinking. Both parties were advised to stay away from each other and to seek further assistance through the district court. NO REPORT

 

1445 HOURS-Stolen Auto-6016 Princess Garden Pkwy- Officers responded to this location for a report of a stolen auto. It was found that the vehicle was either stolen from the McDonald's on the 9000 block of Annapolis Road or in Baltimore. The caller was put in contact with the Prince George's County Police Department for further assistance. NO REPORT

2016 hrs. Suspicious Subject 7600 block Riverdale Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a suspicious individual. Officers arrived on the scene, spoke with the complainant, and canvassed the area with negative results. No report

2236 hrs. Shoplifting 7700 block Riverdale Rd. While conducting a premise check at the listed location officers observed a male subject attempting to flee from the store manager with concealed merchandise. The merchandise was recovered and the manager elected to not file charges against the suspect. The suspect was issued a barring notice and was advised not to return to the store. Report Written

0225 hrs. 911 Open Line 5300 block 85th Ave. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a 911 open line call. Officers arrived at the location and canvassed the building but were able to locate the origin of the call and no signs or sounds of distress were observed. No report.

 

0359 hrs. Welfare Check 5500 block Karen Elaine. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a welfare check. Officers made contact with the caller who was having a medical emergency. Fire and EMS were contacted and handled the call. No report.
