of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle Accident, Officers drove up on a minor vehicle
accident that just occurred. Both parties provided information and did
not request medical assistance on scene. Officers exchange information
between both parties. No Report.

5300 block
of 85th Ave/ Traffic hazzard, Officers observed an 18 wheeler blocking both
lanes of the road. The company sent a tow vehicle to remove the
truck. It was cleared with no issues. No Report.

Station Call, Once officers spoke to the caller, he provided the address, which
was not within the city limits. The caller was advised on what action he
needed to take and that it was a civil matter at this time. No Report.

Ihop/ Suspicious Person, caller advised there was a tall male who came into the
restaurant then left. After a few minutes he came back around and kept
peeking in the windows. Officers arrived and canvassed the area
with no sign of the male. No Report.

Annapolis Rd at Veterans Pkwy/ Disabled vehicle, officers observed a vehicle
unable to move out of the roadway. The tire of the vehicle lost a lug nut
and the driver had a tow enroute. They came and fixed the drivers vehicle
with no issues. No Report.
1525 hrs.,
Chipotle/ Disorderly complaint, caller advised she wanted the police to get her
food from Chipotle because the manager was rude and did not wash his hands when
she asked him to. Officers asked if the manager was using gloves and she
stated yes and he changed them prior to making her food but she was not
satisfied. The manager stated he did not want to serve her so she was
advised what action she could take. No Report.

Traffic complaint, caller advised a silver vehicle was speeding up and down the
roadway and burning tire. Officers arrived on scene and located the
vehicle with the driver still inside. Officers issued the driver several
citations to go with his actions. No Report.
1725 hrs.,
Westbrook Dr at 85th Ave/ Traffic complaint, caller advised a silver vehicle
past him at the stop sign. Officers checked the area with no sign of the
vehicle in the area. No Report.
1800 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - male driving recklessly in
the parking lot. Upon arrival, the vehicle was parked and the male was standing
on the sidewalk. A brief conversation was held and the male was advised. No
report
1845 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - the complainant advised
the party for the above call was outside being loud. Officers did not respond
due to just clearing the above call for service. No report
1858 Assault Arrest/
5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - Officers engaged the arrested with firearms
drawn as the arrested exited his residence with a machete. The arrested dropped
the machete and was immediately taken into custody. Officers located the
victim, who suffered several lacerations to his body. The victim was
transported to the hospital by officers. The arrested was transported to the
hospital then to the DOC for the presentation of charges. CID & CIU
responded to the scene and initiated their investigation.
While CID was
completing their investigation it was learned the arrested was in
possession of a firearm. Det. Robinson was able to obtain a search and
seizure warrant for the arrested's residence. Items of evidentiary value
were recovered. NC3 was notified and responded to the scene. Report written

5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - an officer observed an occupied vehicle in
the parking lot. The officer made contact and smelled a strong odor of PCP. The
driver provided her Maryland Identification and the passenger did not have
identification. While speaking to the occupants, the passenger removed a
plastic bag containing two freshly dipped cigarettes. The occupants were
removed and the vehicle searched. The occupants were checked for warrants both
were positive and immediately taken into custody. The subjects were transported
to DOC for service of the warrants. Report written
